Scripture does not say God sends the two witnesses of Jesus Christ.
And yes,the two witnesses arrive the same time the army of the gentiles(nations)arrive in Israel.
They arrive 3.5 years before the time of the end which is when this army arrives in Israel.

“His armed forces will rise up to desecrate the temple fortress and will abolish the daily sacrifice. Then they will set up the abomination that causes desolation.
Daniel 11:31-12:2 corresponds to the same time period the two witnesses and the gentiles In revelation 11:2-3 occupy Israel.The same 42 months.

I agree everyone in the world will notice the arrival of those armed forces.Especially the .Muslims who are told in the Hadith to destroy Dajalls army after the three year drought.They will definitely take notice of their arrival .
Trump said only he can keep Israel safe.If Trump is elected he may well attempt to do just that.He also can send witnesses to Israel as the United states armed forces has witnesses within its ranks.It has very powerful witnesses of Jesus Christ within its ranks.

Also,scripture does not say the Lord will give Israel a host to abolish the daily sacrifice and place the abomination of desolation.
Keep in mind. Scripture never says the two witnesses do good in Jesus name. They spend 42 months killing and tormenting people.You should not assume Jesus sends these two witnesses to kill when Jesus has never sent anyone to kill.Jesus taught things like do unto others as you would have done unto you or turn the other cheek.
From what I'm seeing,the christians in Israel are persecuted for those 42 months because of their testimony of christ.The two witnesses are not persecuted and are killed because they kill and torment other people.Not because they testify of Jesus.
Last but not least.You won't know if Trump is responsible for sending the armed forces to Israel if you have not been paying attention.Im not sure how you believe Trump would keep Israel safe without doing something like this.
Jesus spoke of his witnesses who are not doing what they should be doing when he comes.If you thought it's good to torment other people and kill other people then you should start reading the gospel more and revelation less.Then you might be able to determine if the two witnesses do good or bad in Jesus name.
