Broke last night on Magen Kelly show. All of the text messages between Lawers were released. And Megyn goes through them.

Probably did not see this on main Stream Media

But no one will be prosecuted for any of their criminality. Only Donald Trump is the arch criminal who belongs behind bars (according to the Communists in control). And judicial corruption does not stop there. It has gone all the way up to the Supreme Court, which now has an incompetent Black woman on board, who is there only because she is (a) Black and (b) a woman. But this woman cannot even define who or what a woman is!

"He knows but he won't admit it" -- obviously speculation. How do you know if he would admit it or not? The speculation was not about the affair, everyone knows that is true, the speculation was about whether or not Chris would testify to it.

She asks "why she would hire him is insane" and he responds "yes". Again, obviously speculation, he isn't a psychiatrist, he can't diagnose if someone is insane or not. Unethical or illegal, yes he is qualified to say that, but if we are talking about insanity you need a licensed professional, otherwise it is just speculation.

She asked him if he thought it started before she hired him and he said "absolutely". Again, pure speculation, you don't know how absolute the relationship was, especially since they are both adulterers. This could have simply been a fling. Maybe Nathan was simply sleeping his way to the top.

After giving a detailed account of where they met and when the relationship started he said "but you can't say this because he is one of the few people who knows this". Again, speculation, how would he know how many people knew that?

Did you listen to the whole thing?

He told her WHEN the affair started.. That is not speculation. He also told her how to find the witness that did out them, even though he did not know her name..

Someone got to him, He said he has not seen wade in about 2 years. That might even be a lie. A witness saw them at a restaurant together with his lawyer a few weeks ago. What do you think they were discussing?

Did you read what I said, I never said the when was the speculation.

Everyone knows that what Fanni Willis did was unethical, and fraudlent. They know she perjured herself.

They know that she and Nathan Wade should be disbarred and be prosecuted for the various felonies.

Fulton County knows it and they have started their investigation. Congress knows it and they have started their investigation. Nathan Wade's divorced wife knows it and is starting her investigation.

The judge also knows it and will have to make a judgment that will not cause a huge backlash. On one hand if he pretends nothing has been proven the entire country erupts. On the other hand if he disqualifies Fanni he disqualifies the entire DA office and that sinks the trial.

Disqualifying Nathan Wade for the appearance of unethical behavior seems like the best compromise. The problem is the four attorneys on Trump's side have already said they would appeal certain rulings. The trial is about disqualifying Fanni and if you don't do that they have provided plenty of evidence and can appeal. This does not go away if they don't disqualify her and the optics of this are terrible for the Democratic party in an election year.

So it is very possible that they will throw Fanni under the bus to get rid of this as soon as possible. There is no way this case could possibly result in a conviction of Trump before the election, so now it is not benefitting them it is only destroying them. The sooner they dump it the better.

However, dumping Fanni could be used by Michelle O to launch her campaign, because you can't deny that Fanni and Nathan bring down Biden as well.

I disagree,

She is in Charge, She is the one who lied on the stand. She is the one who should be held accountable. More than even Wade.

And Biden needs to be brought down, Hard.

It is a win regardless of how the judge rules. If the judge does not disqualify Fanni they can appeal. The longer this is in the news the more damage it does. Already the rulers are losing their credibility and trust. That is how you split a country. If the judge says there isn't enough evidence against her the whole country will explode. So they may decide to disqualify her but that would be a total humiliating victory for Trump and give him an even bigger lead over Biden.

The Lord is in charge. He said "vengeance is mine, I will repay" so be at peace, the Lord is handling this. Originally it was simply bad judgement on her part, it has grown into fraud, campaign finance violations, improper use of taxpayer money, and perjury. The more they lie the more wood gets thrown on the fire.

Fani is an expendable pawn. They knew she was likely lying the whole time. But did not care. She has self destructed her career. So has her boyfriend. Her court case against Trump will eventually be tossed out. Just a matter of time.

But the headlines in the meantime were all they were interested in and the whole piling on of yet another court case for Trump.

They expected Trump to crumble under the weight of all the court cases against him. They were wrong.

If they wanted to get at Trump they went about it the completely wrong way. He is vulnerable, but not like this IMHO.

Trump didn't get to where he is today by not being tenacious. And attacking him in the courts this way was never a good idea. His money was also not a good way either as Trump has been bankrupt twice before. People like going to him for deals because he knows good deals and where to find them. He never will be broke.

They had a chance...but they blew it in a massive way. If the Democrats had actually tried being truly bipartisan...been decent gentlemen and ladies of character.... Trump will self destruct without any assistance. And if they had basically ignored him....Trump's own mouth would have done him in.

But instead the went nuclear on Trump and scorched earth on any and every republican. Bad mistake because it's all backfiring now as it all unravels.

While listening to this I realized the problem is two fold. First, Biden was willing to support anyone who would go after Trump for any reason. His advisors probably thought the more lawfare the better, even if we don't win it depletes his treasure and keeps him distracted. This is why they would support such a flimsy case and such poor excuses for lawyers. Second, Biden's policy of supporting anyone who opposes Trump becomes a path to success for the most depraved. Like sleeping your way to the top. Carry Biden's water and your career takes off.

This is why we are exposed to such a shameful view with Fanni, Nathan, etal.

However, the repercussions will be far and wide. I would think anyone convicted of a crime while Fanni was a DA can now appeal. I would think that many nationwide who were railroaded will now think of appealing. I think that lawyers nationwide have lost credibility, if only a little.

Fanni thought she would make make a name for herself.

Sadly she may have made it, but not the way she wanted. Hopefully she can think about it while in Jail herself.

By the way, I realize that it may open a can of worms.. But the time to let people off the hook because of what it will cause others is over with, Time to start holding these people accountable. to prevent this from happening in the future.

The whole DA office should have known this was going on., they have no one to blame but themselves.

Yeah....those text messages are something else. The whole delay now is for the judge to decide what to do with the whole mess...meaning that the Governor needs to step in as well as the legislature.
Because if people have no faith in the justice system...we are toast as a nation.

I lost trust in the justice system awhile ago.

I just want to see that trust restored.

And you think disqualifying Fanni will restore trust around the country? I think it will require much more than that. I'm looking at this book that describes how to drain the swamp, it is going into detail about what is required and wow, it is a lot. The book is called Revelation.

There are several departments needing an overhaul to re-inspire trust again.

DOJ is just one....
The FDA is needing a massive cleanup too. Between the baby formula fiasco and now the mess with research grants and drug approval process....I'm wondering what sort of mess the USDA is in as well.

SSI&SSDI are making noise about how they are snowed under....makes me wonder about VA.

That would require DRASTIC actions, which no one wants to talk about. It would mean the wholesale imprisonment of hundreds of corrupt officials, officers, and judges. Unless someone in America is prepared to do what Bukele has done in El Salvador, there will be no remedy. Even Trump will not go that far, since he is too soft.

In March 2022, the Bukele administration launched a historic crackdown, implementing a state of emergency (régimen de excepción) that has, for the past 20 months, given his government almost free rein in its war against the gangs.
The crackdown has succeeded in arresting a sizable chunk of the gangs’ street-level membership and collaborators. It has cut off their communications. It has impeded their ability to manage extortion or drug peddling businesses, their main sources of revenue. It has disabled their command structure and upended their hierarchies. It has temporarily inhibited their ability to mount a collective, organized response. It has, in other words, left them reeling.

https://insightcrime.org/investigat...kele-crackdown-succeeded-where-others-failed/

While gangsters are criminals, there are also white collar criminals. And lawlessness has now become the norm.

Wow, an optimist.
