I despise people like this. I expect people to behave professionally. Come in with a list of receipts, checks, and show step by step that you did everything lawfully. In my opinion she is a truly despicable person in every sense of the word. Fortunately for her I am not on the jury and I am not the judge. The Lord will judge her. It seems to me she has no shame and doesn't know what it is to blush. I avoid people like this the same way I would avoid someone with leprosy.
I heard Nathan Wade's testimony as well, and although I feel he too got destroyed on the stand basically admitting to perjury, he at least appears to be somewhat professional and perhaps even showed some shame. It might have simply been regret as he realizes how much this will cost him.
Before sentencing him (disbar him and open up a trial for a felony of perjury) I'd offer him a deal if he would plead out, because if he pleads guilty it brings down Fani too.
