L Theonine is an amazing amino acid.I started taking magnesium taurate at bedtime. I feel like I've noticed a difference. I also take L-theanine at bedtime, which I really feel has helped (I started taking it longer ago). I get both of them from iHerb or Amazon. I have not experienced any side effects.
I have used magnesium supplements for seasonal depression many years ago but what really helped me is vitamin D3 supplementation. with magnesium, i felt calmer and more relaxed, my leg cramps disappeared, most of the population in north America is magnesium deficient.Has anyone tried this for anxiety/depression? Magnesium is involved with over 300 biological functions in our body.
There are a number of factors that can contribute to anx/ depression.
Certainly a deficiency in Mag can be a culprit, but most often depression is treated with potentially harmful drugs according to a leading psychiatrist, Dr Peter Breggin.
Magnesium is essential, that means that you cannot survive without enough magnesium either from food as a source or mineral supplements.
I've found that good magnesium compounds help with relaxation and to naturally calm during stressful times. I take a dose almost every day for general health. You can notice a difference when eating foods high in magnesium and supplements compared to not getting enough.
To your health and happiness.

Haven't tried magnesium glycinate, but have tried another form of magnesium once when I was depressed. It went away soon after. And before people can say "toughen up princess", there were other more measurable improvements also, like no cramps, so it definitely did something. As other posters have said, our bodies need magnesium for pretty much everything, so provided its in a form suitable for the body, why not?Has anyone tried this for anxiety/depression? I saw a couple vids that advocated it not just for cancer. They contend that parasites are a primary driver of cancer and illness.
Yeah, I agree. Why the knee-jerk reaction against ivermectin and this type of drug, if it doesn't cure cancer? My bet is that this has some role in curing at least some cancers or possibly other Big-Pharma money-makers.I saw a couple vids that advocated it not just for cancer. They contend that parasites are a primary driver of cancer and illness.
But you're just not sure who you can trust with this kind of stuff.
True, this drug is however is not harmless and cannot be taken liberally, has do be dosed correctly and used carfully. From what i read and understood ( i have s solid science background) about it it seem less problematic than the current anti cancer drugs. apparently fenben combined with ivermectin works even better, they work in synergy.I saw a couple vids that advocated it not just for cancer. Won’t hold you to it, but what would you suggest is an appropriate dose?True, this drug is however is not harmless and cannot be taken liberally, has do be dosed correctly and used carfully. Peace,
you know, in many cultures they do tale annually a dose of medication in case, I think it is not a bad idea, I will look in the literature and get back to you.Won’t hold you to it, but what would you suggest is an appropriate dose?
I’m not really looking to take it for cancer. More of a preventative and parasite removal.

I suggest that you check out Professor James Tour's research group. They've been working on nano machines for many years. A recent development enables the destruction of cancer cells without harming normal cells. James Tour is a born again believer, preacher and evangelist. Many Oncologists will disagree with me and claim that there are no known causes of cancer.
I forget to mention one more cause of cancer.
HERE at 49:30
Keep in mind that the causes of cancer I listed can be found in research literature. However, after trillions of dollars spent on cancer research and treatments,
A. there are still no actual medical cures
B. The same medical treatments used are the same as they were over 50 years ago. My heart goes out to those who seek treatment and they have no judgement from me but prayers only.
C. Treatments other than those medical/ allopathic are forbidden in USA
D. The cancer research lobbies still solicit for money, grants and donations more than any TV preacher.
Over half a century of success, why change a most lucrative business model?
