Wondering if there are any pirates navigating the apologetic seas, fighting for the gospel. ? You know who you are! I'm a happy 46F single pirate who does not have a mate yet. I used to debate apologetics online, but I haven't been as interested in it in a while. Maybe it's because the tone of the Internet seems to me to have become more hostile and combative, so conversations are more likely to devolve into insults. Perhaps it's also because of the circuitous nature of apologetics and debates at times, with so many subthreads and uncertainties on certain topics. It's probably also because I have a family and more commitments now and I don't feel quite as energetic in this regard as I used to. However, if you know of any good places to debate where people are reasonably civil and truly open-minded, I might be interested.
