Ok, I thought we were playing 1000 questions. As of today, per Newsweek 1,146 people from all 50 states who have been arrested. 623 have been sentenced. Here is a story about some sentences.
i regard 1/6 as a domestic attack on the Constitution and Trump as the originator. The court cases in the various jurisdictions will determine if he is or is not a criminal.
Here is the list from the justice about all sentences to date, Current as of today
Actually, the Supreme Court may end up ruling in a number of these cases.
You already believe Trump is guilty. Why? A person in this country under the law is presumed innocent? Have you been privy to evidence in the case? Have you heard from both sides? Have you been instructed by the judge as to what actually is to be considered?
I am interested in knowing the answer to this question: do you believe Trump actually had contact with individuals who entered the Capitol Building and they entered at his instruction?

If you think Trump was guilty for the rally he had at the Whitehouse do you think Schumer is guilty of the rally he had at the Supreme court.

Do you think rhetoric like that instigated James Hodgkinson?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Congr...ames Hodgkinson,Barth, and lobbyist Matt Mika.

What about Maxine Waters, do you think she should be prosecuted?

How would you compare the free Palestine protest that shut down the capital with the Jan 6th protest? Do you think the protestors should get the same punishment, will get the same punishment, or do you see the the two situations as being different (if so please explain)
Call the paddy wagons and lock them up. it doesn’t appear that they tried to kill any police officers, probably trespassing is the most serious charge they will be charged face. This appeared to be a protest aimed at the president for his extremely strong support of Israel.
I thought it was a little strange that the organizers appeared to be Orthodox Jews.

The trials will determine if Trump is or is not guilty of any of the charges he is facing. The news I’ve seen leads me to believe that the Georgia trial is the most perilous of all the cases.

I don’t play what if either. next you’ll be talking about Hunter Biden’s laptop.

So same punishment? No one on Jan 6th tried to kill a cop.

Got it, they are only guilty if they are charged.

No, I don’t know anything about those people, if they committed a crime they should be arrested.
I provided a video, you can watch it and see if it rises to the level of telling people to peacefully and lawfully protest.

If you are unable to do that then my assessment stands, you simply accept what your higher ups tell you as truth.

The punishment should fit the crime, it’s supposed to be a justice system.
Both protests disrupted the government proceedings. Neither one "killed" a cop or even tried to kill a cop.

Then you are capable of determining if what is said on those videos I linked rises to the level of what Trump is accused of.

They won't get that!

I'd be surprised if they get anything other than a warning if that much.
No, they'll sit in jail for six months to see if any of them will flip and then they'll be released for time served.

Pearl Harbour, the storming of the US embassy in Iran in 1979 or the terrorist attack on the nation on 9/11 are the only events in recent history that compare to the storming of the capital by Trump supporters On January 6th.

Wow, my dad was at Pearl Harbor when the Japanese invaded and I was at January 6th in Washington DC. I never saw the connection. Even today comparing the two, I don't know if it is the most idiotic thing I have every heard, I'll have to ruminate on that for awhile. Thank you for answering my question.

The first three were foreign threats to the constitution, the last was domestic which makes it worse than any of the others.

The thread title was “Is there anything that Trump can do to cause people not to support him”. I am satisfied that I have found the answer to that question.
