So you want an uneducated virgin that will marry you without loving you and will follow your every command without question? And that's just for starters.
If I were you I'd hire help.
And no older than 27. 6 years younger than him.
Im sure Kansas is slam full of such girls, must be one behind every tree.
I think this is a troll.

Question: since you mentioned the desire to have children, what’s the plan for when she gets pregnant and can’t do certain things? Also, what’s the plan when she delivers the baby? What if she has postpartum depression and/or anxiety?
proper points melita!

@Karlon - This was a very sincere and civil response and a genuine attempt to provide sensible advice to a person that in all likelihood is not listening. I think the OP is just trying to get a rise out of folks. Nothing more.
thank you 17bees!

First time parent questions lol. It’s interesting how before we had the baby, we said we were gonna do things a certain way. After the baby was born, we changed our minds on a lot of things. Lol

It's nice to see you posting again .:)
Thank you Magenta! I've been very busy lately running laps around the equipment shed. It's tiring work but the menfolk assure me there's a good reason for it ;).

That was my thought when I heard about the OP, but after reading his post it's clear from his phrasing and terminology that he really is a farmer or at least has a very strong farming background. And I have met real dudes with his mindset before so my guess is he's serious but seriously misguided.

I once worked for a farmer who moved to the city on account of his wife and children, but he was never that comfortable being in the city. He got into horticulture and was doing gardening contracting.

I think the town and country divide has become a lot bigger and now with industrialisation its quite different way of life than from what it used to be. A lot of rural areas are becoming high tech, but they need massive amounts of investment and money to pay their way. Instead of farmhands, they employ robots to do a lot of jobs now.

If you go to something like Fieldays, you might be able to find likeminded farming women. Or A and P shows.

Children are all different from each other no two children are ever the same unless they are twins or clones. So if you become a parent you really need to adapt to their needs not the child adapt to yours. Especially first few months.

Many parents seem to think if they just lay down all the rules a child will always follow them. haha

the farmer separated from his wife, I asked him why and he never gave me a straight answer, he seemed to imply she was mentally ill. I had a hunch that his country way of life never jelled with her city ways and they fought over stuff. But also, he was a bit OCD or perfectionist and nothing or nobody ever lived up to his standards.

I understamd wanting thkse things, but if thats what ya want ya better figure it out early and start at about 19 courting a girl closer to your age. And grow that together.

Starting at 33 looking for a young woman who meets your qualifications is a bit unrealistic.

Women at that age and qualifications have toms of prospects and he aint offering her nothing. He wants slave labour and some bed time fun, for the price of three hots and a cott. He better settle for a girl thats had a rough life so that what he is offering is better than where she is comming from.

And those girls are out there more than should be, and they deserve another chance and someone to be gentle and love em through their damage recovery.

Howdy JICase_man and welcome to the forum. JICase = Just In Case?

Why no social media? You're using social media - this forum.

What if she fits everything else on your list, including no social media, but got the vaccine?

And most important...
What's in this for her? You seem to not have much to offer a wife, and you're demanding a lot. What will make her want to come to you? Think like a salesman - what's your major selling point here?
I would surmise that his major selling point is that he is Kansas born. The Wizard of Oz made such a claim too.

I dont know too much about Kansas except it is very flat and in the middle of the US. I think some parts of the US must be extremlely isolating places to live in.

Most people prefer to live in cities as safety in numbers, but for the old 'frontier places' they still have this wild west mentality where you need a gun.

NZers would only go to the US to make their fortune in New York City, or maybe LA or San Francisco, though recent direct flights have opened to Houston, otherwise, there is no huge reason to go there. it being very expensive to be constantly flying back and forth.

I have met some expats americans in NZ where they stand out like a sore thumb and their accents mark them out as not from these parts. Of course americans being more richer and seemingly a bit more sophisticated than nzers, nz women can be charmed by them. In the olden days, when american GIs visited, they semed to get away with bribing women with chewing gum and coca cola, or other fancy US products that we could not buy here.

these are very good questions

most men dont seem to have a clue and seem to think their wives dont deserve to be fed and clothed after theyve had their children either. I recall one christian man saying on another forum that he didnt want to give his ex wife any money because she would spend it on shoes and she didnt work after she had children. well men you try working full time after youve pushed a child out wouldnt you be exhausted looking after a baby 24/7 and you cannot take your baby to work in most workplaces dont even employ you or have adequate childcare facilities. And being barefoot and pregnant, what is wrong with spending money on shoes.

Of course I dont know the whole story but I thought that was ridiculous.
