Why would it matter to people who are evangelizing or being evangelized? Such complex matters should be taught well after teaching the basics of the faith, which unfortunately is severely lacking in most churches today.
I think people can walk and chew gum. My fathers brother who was not saved would call my father any time he saw something happening with Israel. He knew that Israel is the center of prophesy. There are no prophesies holding back the second coming, we are closer than ever before and we want to let the unsaved know that this time is short. I don't agree with naming a date, a day, a year, that is why I added the Bible verse. But as far as prophesy goes, Israel is the time clock. Nations are aligning themselves against Israel and God's countdown has begun. Prophesy is important or it wouldn't be in the Word.

The issue is that you said that America is not mentioned in the Bible as having anything to do with the end-times, and that is not true. In reality, America is one of the biggest end-times nations mentioned in the Bible.

Lol I overused the red x last time round, this time I'm proud of myself, I haven't used one yet. Ok, so I missed something, can you fill me in where in the Bible America is mentioned?
I suppose it is unavoidable that various faith communities have a certain degree of influence in the way of reaching my views. I listen to the chatter, consider the offerings, and either take them, leave them, or store them away in case of a significant need to revisit them.

Wickedness is born and abides in the hearts of men and women without Christ. Surely you know this, but just in case, here are some scriptures to think about before you make the next accusation against a nation.

America is the "another beast", with a beast being representative of a kingdom, which is mentioned in the book of Revelation. It would take some time and effort on my part to prove my assertion, which I do not have at this precise moment, but that is the short answer to your question.
