I pour my heart out to God when praying and afterwards feel exhausted, sometimes even emotionally, mentally and physically ill. For example, when I pray and ask God to help me with my the emotional battle I am fighting from domestic violence I went through, my PTSD kicks in and is like reliving the moment all over again.
