Both angel and man indeed have the free will to obey or rebel but for the angel already in God's presence, there was no grace due to the status and nature of an angel. They immediately we're either imprisoned in hell or cast to the Earth.

Regardless, grace comes after the choice to surrender out of faith. So not all will be saved because they do not have faith and therefore curse and hate God by their rebellion.

Jesus shed his blood for all sinners, but they choose to accept or reject his gift of salvation. Their acceptance will give them a home in heaven, and if they reject his grace and mercy that he paid for their sins they chose hell. We have a free will to choose. God didn't make us robots.

He died for all people, but if they don't choose salvation they don't go to heaven. He died for the sins of the world that includes all people, but they choose forgiveness or they don't.

Being an unrepentant sinner is a rejection of Jesus Christ.

It is a rejection of salvation that is why they will not go to heaven. Jesus is the only way, truth, and the life to enter heaven.
