The determinations of Eratosthenes were based on a false assumption - that the angle of the light rays targeting the well and the pole were parallel to each other.

You see - he was working on the assumption that the earth was a sphere.

The same observations exist for the Flat Earth model. The sun can be above the well and cast a shadow from the pole. But, the light rays to the two targets are not parallel.

Think about it for a while...

Let everyone know when this flat earth model is available to see, and please post, so we can see a scale, and how the sun, and moon operate above. Until then...

With an army of flat earthers around the world, one would think that there would be some photos of this large ice wall. Seems like the evidence is slightly in favor of those darn globe earthers. I realize I'm a globalist now also, since concave hollow earth is just a globe on the inside. Darn it!

This is probably the best you will ever see of a flat earth model, it doesn't work obviously, so that's why they don't bother posting their model.

It's still under construction.They have huge strides to over come, because they have to account for season changes, stars, and etc.

You beat me to it with respect to Eratosthenes. Circular reasoning is not a proof of ball-Earth, but is evidence of an ignorance of logic.

Flat Earth became too mainstream. The gatekeepers realised they were losing the battle to the truth, so resorted to censorship. Of course, with the censorship, more people are realising that the Earth is indeed flat, but the censorship has allowed a good fraction of the ignorant to continue be hoodwinked by the die-hard Heliocentrists for longer.

Before I was convinced of God's flat Earth, I did actually sincerely pray for this. The scriptures seemed to imply Earth was flat, but it seemed (to me at the time) scientifically untenable. When I asked for God's intervention and wisdom, and approached the subject with an open mind, I became more and more convinced of the truth. Which is perhaps why the intellectual approach to Flat Earth isn't always successful? The issue is spiritual as well as physical?

Nope. Exactly the opposite. Those who believe the Earth is flat tell people to trust their eyes (and other senses) a.k.a. science. It is the Heliocentrists who seem intent on encouraging others to disbelieve what their senses tell them. As can be seen in the examples below.

Why do the stars appear to be fixed along a celestial hemisphere?
Flat Earther: Because they are.

Even after hundreds of millions of miles of our (supposed) orbit around the Sun, the stars appear in the exact same positions at the exact same meridian times because they are many "light-years" away. A light-year is approximately 6 TRILLION miles away and that is why they falsely seem fixed from our faulty perspective.

I'm calling your bluff. Show me a Bible verse, that says, the earth is flat, or even hints of this.
