For many years, I thought I was far from the Lord. I wasn't a skeptic, yet never went to church or had parents who cared. I have yet to get baptized and intend to do so in order to complete my journey. It started when I read the Bible for fun, and due to my genuine curiosity Christianity aligned perfectly with my outsider view on life.

I hope to be a stronger man from now on and to surround myself with good people.

Jesus' plan is very simple. He made it that way 2000 years ago when He allowed Himself to die on the Cross and be full payment for our sins. All you have to do now is accept this and start following Him today. The Gospel of John (comes after Luke in the New Testament) will help you fill in most of the details. Now, while you are still young, is the best time to begin you new journey with Him and all your new brothers and sisters at CC.

John 3:
16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

This same Jesus, the Son of God who laid down His life for you long ago, rose from the dead and now waits for you in Heaven. He seeks to have a personal relationship with you day by day.

Revelation 3:20
“Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.”

Just talk to Him now. He loves you.
