Jury found Lori Vallow Daybell guilty of all seven charges placed on her including three counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder (Tylee, JJ, and Tammy), two counts of first-degree murder (Tylee and JJ), and one count of grand theft.

I was wondering why you posted this case but I realized why when reading the wiki on these murders. It turns out, one of the two involved, Chad Guy Daybell, was an author who wrote "end-time fiction and other religious books"! He even has them on Amazon! I didn't read any of his books, but just reading the descriptions will already show that he is pretty nutty.

The other person involved is Lori Vallow Daybell. They fell in love while being married to other people but both of their spouses died "conveniently" in the same year 2019, and so they married that same year. Lori's brother, Alex, "accidentally" killed Lori's husband "in self-defense."

The case of Tylee Ryan and J. J. Vallow is as follows. Tylee Ryan is Lori's daughter from a previous marriage and J. J. Vallow is an adopted child from her previous dead husband's family who has special needs. They witnessed the accidental death of Lori's previous husband in February 2019. Both Tylee and J. J. disappeared in September 2019. Alex, Lori's brother dies too in December 2019. He and the two children were the only witnesses....

God wasn't about to let them get away with it. The children's remains were found the next year in June 2020 in Chad's house!

The article posted in the OP announced that Lori Daybell was found guilty. We still have to wait for Chad's trial....

Reading the wiki on this is extremely interesting. I was at first alarmed that someone religious would do something so horrible, but the more you read the wiki, the more you realize that this is just some kook clothed in religious garments. It's so obvious that they're not Christian. But I still have to wonder what Chad was like when he married his first wife. He was strange even as a young man reading the descriptions of his books where he says he hears voices and stuff, so why did his first wife overlook those things about him? Or did he hide his crazy?

Lori on the other hand is just pure evil. Not only did her previous husband die, but the one before that too. So, not sorry she's going to jail. Talk about wicked on the same level as Jezebel!

Yeah, what drew me in was a police interview of Melanie Gibb (Lori's former friend) from about a year and a half ago on YouTube. She was describing some really weird religious stuff. By the end of the interview, I was intrigued and have followed the case ever since. It has a lot of characters and layers of complexity. Chad's trial will likely be next year. He's currently facing the death penalty, but he might change his plea, seeing how Lori's trial went.

I hope when his trial is on I'll be able to watch it on YouTube or something.

They wouldn't allow Lori's trial to be video recorded, but Nate Eaton at East Idaho News gave 40 - 60 minute evening updates every day and played a few audio highlights of the trial. You can also listen to all the trial audio at YouTube.
