How would you identify a Trans person?

I’ll explain, here’s the scenario: You are the boss of a new employee a biological male who is transitioning to be a female (as if), a “Trans Woman”.
What pronouns will you use, are you going to use the pronouns he/his/him and crush his feelings (they are so sensitive). Or, would you use the pronouns she/hers/her, state reason for either choice.

As a Christian what should we do.

Phrases like "as if" and "crush his feelings (they are so sensitive)" indicate you already don't like him. If a manager started out that way, he would fail no matter what he tried. The enemy is satan, not the man who wants to believe he is a woman.

As to the specific question, just refer to the guy by name. It's pretty easy to do once you get the hang of it. Most personal pronouns are redundantly redundant anyway.

Going on the assumption that "her" name is Priscilla:

"Did you see what Pris did yesterday morning? He/She made a shot in his/her trash can from 20 feet away! No way he'll/she'll ever be able to do that again."

"Did you see what Pris did yesterday morning? Made a shot in the trash can from 20 feet away! No way that'll ever happen again."

I don’t like to play these stupid games in real life so I will not entertain people trolling at work.
If they are forcing me to do it then I will either lose my job or I will identify as an apache helicopter [depending on the day, mood or trolling level) and ask them to use my pronouns correctly,
It‘s because we entertain and play along, that stuff like this happens and people lose their minds.
Some other dude in Canada was identifying as a disabled trans person and was moving around in a wheelchair … while being perfectly fine and NOT sick.
People need to be confronted with this crap that you will not be playing along.

The person is mentally ill and or demonically controlled.

My gut instinct would be to use whatever pronouns they DIDN’T want me to use.
Since my gut instinct is really my flesh instinct, that can’t be right.

I would hope I’d show them compassion and sympathy, knowing they are sick in whatever way.
But I also wouldn’t want to affirm their illness.

So like Lynx, I would hope I’d suppress that fleshly instinct and simply refer to them by their name, and not use a pronoun at all.

I was standing in line next to a man/woman. He was wearing womens clothing, had a womans hairstyle and plenty of makeup but with a full beard :eek:o_Oo_O

Best not to engage. In the olden days, we used to call them psychopaths. Those people are on so many drugs, they will kill you as soon as look at you funny. It's just a scenic route to suicide, and they don't care who they take with them.
He seemed alright just not aware of what he is engaging with. He did an excellent job with his makeup but the beard ruined it.

No slur, just fact, have you seen them on Twitter having a complete melt-down over being “misgendered”. Also, IMO, it is impossible for a male to become a female and vice versa, I was just stating facts. :)

As a Christian, what I would do is start trying to figure a way to get out of there. If my work environment ever got to that point it would be time to say adios. Trans people aren't playing with a full deck and people (companies) who tolerate it are as sick as they are. It's called co-dependent enabling.

By the way, I am attempting to paint the bathroom window frame, please keep me in prayer. I haae managed to do a lot of masking tape, more than enought to cover my errors, however I do not seem to be able to tell where I have painted anad where I have not............puleeez. God bless.

Hard to miss the Trans afflicted.
They're mentally ill so who knows what could set them off. Even refusing to use gender pronouns, which are quite specific in identifying actual males or females, could be a hand grenade.

Be as polite at possible, I guess, but I wouldn't want to say or do anything that would feed their delusion. When I've seen men dressed as women in days gone by one look into their eyes and one sees a person who is a prisoner of their own making. Sadness and desperation shows in their eyes.

What I would do would be to address this person by their name.

I'd say pray for their deliverance from their mental illness and sin.
And do not accommodate it or enable further by referring to the afflicted by the title their illness has injected into their ill mind.

We can address such people without using the gender pronouns their illness prescribes.

I don't know why people in general, more so believers would struggle with the issue.

Anybody that knows me has seen me witnessing even here on these forums, that identify with the gender identity pronouns. I'm hoping and pray that they are still too young, so that they have not been turned over to that by God. See Romans 1

However, I will not hire someone who appears to be a reprobate . If they go out of their way to look that way, then they probably are. I don't even want them to touch my coffee cup, prepare or serve my food in a restaurant.

Let's say I am the boss as you propose.
I would never hire "the bearded lady". He can go to the circus and find a job as a side show. If some dude walks into an interview with so much as long girlie hair, or earrings, tongue stud, or makeup, I will cut the interview short and he /she/it can turn around and not waste my time.

Someone might call me insensitive.
That's OK. I can live with that judgement against me.
I'm more interested in parents protecting their children from the bearded girlie men.

My choice for employees will only consist of those who, in spite of plenty of imperfections, are men or women of character. I can work with people who will learn and improve in service to the Lord, as unto men, while at work.
