Oh, I just put that up. I thought Star Wars was just a good fantasy fencing movie the first time I saw it when I was two, but later I got to thinking that it had too many sequels and spin offs, and that lazy socialites were using the title line "a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away" as a substitute excuse for not knowing what the bleep was going on, as the Fritjof Capera Turning Point franchise says in its own tagine.
Actually, Israel is a long way from where I am, and I know that's not the greatest defense of the faith you've ever heard. "Bethlehem, at least it's not in the Andromeda Galaxy?" But I do think some of the fans I personally knew got too vague as people and started using unrecorded ancient history as an excuse for anything and everything. Actually, I know they did. They all did.
