Why do christian women want only tall guys?

I was getting so frustrated with him! Had to hold myself back from saying some stuff I felt like saying.

Many women do respond this way, Christian and non. Like I said, I've had two actually say it to my face as grounds for rejection.

I think most girls do. But this guy was literally 6 feet tall and complaining about being too short.

You mean women don't go around with a measuring tape to see if the guy is 189cm or makes the 190 mark?

Do you guys not get it? When you look and focus on the outward appearances that love never works out? The outward appearances always fade, how about trying for the heart of the person like God does and MAYBE you will find true love without that expectation of good appeal.

That is just limiting way to much on love and that? Always hurts someone one way, or another.

The same way where someone complains about a worldly very attractive woman is with a worldly rejected man. Who cares? They are happy, leave them at that.

Go ahead, and call me crazy but in truth? God has more common sense in this area than any of us humans do.

God looks at the heart of the person, even when a very attractive worldly person? Can have the worst agenda and can kill at will.

A beautiful flower, can be very deadly. A very tall handsome man, or a very good looking woman by worldly view standpoints can kill as well.

My wife grew up thinking she was definitely going to marry a guy 6 ft or taller.

I’m 5’11” and 3/4”!!!

I grew up thinking I wasn’t going to marry an Italian.

My wife is not only Italian, she was BORN in Italy and lived there until age 4!

I'm sure that if this fella can get a good wife like this, certainly that other facially and verbally challenged guy can attract someone at least half as good. 😄

We are programmed to notice looks, but in truth God would rather us see a person the way He does and not by worldly obsessions.

That's the fancy way of saying what's down in the well comes up in the bucket.

God wants us with a person who will help us grow in love and fellowship with Him. When we focus on the outward apperances, we will forget about God and what He wants us to do. When we focus on the right one by how they help us Grow in The Lord. Then our focus will never leave God, it stays on God then the love regardless of APERANCES will always be genuine because God is in the throne of each heart of the couple.

From what had to be deleted from the other thread about "Sex in Heaven?", it wasn't a well. It was a porta-potty that he scooped out of his mouth. He could be an NBA Basketball star and no self respecting woman would ever want to kiss that mouth..
