Hey, I'm an 18-year-old girl looking for Christian friends worldwide. I love to read and talk (making me shut up is quite an accomplishment). I've been Catholic since birth but I've just recently chosen God as my primary choice and leader. I'm glad to have found this site and am hoping to meet new people and make friends.

hi. you made the wisest choice any human can make. i was raised catholic & when 12 years of age, my sprit told me there was something wrong. became born again later as an adult. imagine this: the hail mary prayer has been said billions of times by billions of people & no one or nothing ever heard it! God never gave Mary the power, ability or authority to hear a prayer & grant an answer. if anyone wants proof of that just read 1st Timothy 2:5, Colossians 1;19 7 3;17, John 14:6, 1st Corinthians 10:31, Hebrews 1:1,2 8:10, 9:15, 12;24, 7:25.

I mean don't get me wrong I'm still Catholic just living my life a little differently than I did. And yeah about Mary...that's a long discussion...but I get your point of view. Nice to meet you btw

would you consider leaving Catholicism & joining God's team as He taught?

I personally believe Catholicism is God's team. So no, I'm not thinking about leaving Catholicism.
