Arminian amazing grace. 🎶😆🎶

Arminian “grace!” How strange the sound,
Salvation hinged on me.
I once was lost then turned around,
Was blind then chose to see.

What “grace” is it that calls for choice,
Made from some good within?
That part that wills to heed God’s voice,
Proved stronger than my sin.

Thru many ardent gospel pleas,
I sat with heart of stone.
But then some hidden good in me,
Propelled me toward my home.

When we’ve been there ten thousand years,
Because of what we’ve done,
We’ve no less days to sing our praise,
Than when we first begun.

One of my buddies went to a Pentecostal church, couldn’t get him out of that satanic place. He always bugged me to go so I finally went. Long story short, the WOMAN pastor started speaking gibberish halfway through then they all chimed in. Some guy behind me put his hand on my shoulder and started murmuring in my ear. Sounded like a he was pretending to speak Chinese, it was hilarious. Chingchingbingbongwangtwang with a southern draw 🤣🤣🤣

On a serious note. 5 years after his easy believism, sinners prayer type “conversion” and baptism he made zero spiritual progress, showed no signs of the Lord beginning a work in him.
Just buried him last month, died from an overdose at 45 years old. Survived by his junky “Pentecostal” wife and two babies.
Men lead the Flock in a realistic true Pentecostal Church Environment.

Women are greatly used in Praise and Worship.

I don't know where you thought you visited but it was no true Pentecostal Experience.

There are several problems with the Arminian view:

First, the doctrine of prevenient grace, on which the Arminian view of conditional election is based, is not found in Scripture. See "Does Scripture Teach Prevenient Grace in the Wesleyan Sense?" by Tom Schreiner in The Grace of God, The Bondage of the Will (Baker, 1995), 2:365-82.

Appeal is often made to John 1:9 – “There was the true light which, coming into the world, enlightens every man.” To derive the doctrine of prevenient grace from this passage, on the basis of which one then constructs an entire doctrine of soteriology, strikes me as somewhat of a stretch. This passage could as easily refer either to the influence of common grace, or to the operation of general revelation. Schreiner contends that “enlighten” does not refer to inward illumination of the heart, mind, or will, but rather means to expose the moral state of the heart, i.e., to shed light upon someone so as to reveal and uncover the state of the soul (see 3:19-21).

Second, this view assumes that fallen men are able and willing to believe in Christ apart from the regenerating grace of God, a notion that Paul has denied in Rom. 3:10-18.

Third, would not this view give man something of which he may boast? Those who embrace the gospel would be deserving of some credit for finding within themselves what others do not.

Fourth, this view suspends the work of God on the will of man. It undermines the emphasis in Romans 8 on the sovereign and free work of God who foreknows, predestines, calls, justifies, and glorifies. It is God who is responsible for salvation, from beginning to end.

Fifth, even if one grants that God elects based on his foreknowledge of man's faith, nothing is proven. For God foreknows everything. One must determine from Scripture how man came by the faith that God foreknows. And the witness of Scripture is that saving faith is a gift of God (Eph. 2:8-10; Phil. 1:29; 2 Pet. 1:1; 2 Tim. 2:24-26; Acts 5:31; 11:18).

Those people Paul spoke about are being JUDGED and Condemned by God because there's enough physical evidence from His Creation, including HIS additions after the Flood that every human being sinner can see God exists.

This is knowledge to every human being on Earth.

A person cannot claim to be Atheist unless there is Someone to deny.

They have this evidence before them and God speaks to them but they deny Him. They have REASONED God in a literal realm of reality cannot possibly exist.

They have Rejected the WORKS finished upon the Cross. Because they deny what they are looking at like the Grand Canyon, a true mountain range, even the old parts of Israel that existed before and after Yeshua walked them. All over the Globe there's Natural Amazement and Wonder that the whole beautiful picture represents God's Artwork.

And these people have checked it out and REASONED it was by accident and theories.

They could have chosen to Believe in God but decided to listen to themselves and the Deceiver they have no idea is there haunting them.[/QUOTE

You have commited on several things that are just your personal opinion with no scripture to back them up.

I was laughing at thinking what is the possibility that someone who thinks God is sending people to HELL because they are not chosen and is judging every person they meet by the same idealism...could ever actually have a friend?

  • Human Free Will – This states that though man is fallen, he is not incapacitated by the sinful nature and can freely choose God. His will is not restricted and enslaved by his sinful nature.
  • Conditional Election – God chose people for salvation based on His foreknowledge where God looks into the future to see who would respond to the gospel message.
  • Universal Atonement – The position that Jesus bore the sin of everyone who ever lived.
  • Resistible Grace – The teaching that the grace of God can be resisted and finally beaten so as to reject salvation in Christ.
  • Fall from Grace – The Teaching that a person can fall from grace and lose his salvation.
has anyone received conditional election, ? I'm confused.

I'm betting to a Calvinist like himself, the [Junky Wife] is definitely someone God decided to send to HELL.

God can see into the future, yes, but we still have to choose don't we.
Pre-creation election is clearly taught in scripture so Arminians must address it.
According to the Arminians, God elected some based on his foresight into who would choose to believe. “He’ll choose me so I’ll elect himlet me jot his name down in the book…”
So the Arminian reality is, neither the Father nor the Son chose the bride.

How does a Calvinist "elect" a candidate? Do they just randomly select one out of the crowd or are there prerequisites such as party affiliation or campaign platform? Do they check any boxes at all before selecting a bride or do they just spin the bottle?

Calvinists claim God sovereignly chose in eternity past, for his own glory.
