Hi everyone,

I was baptised Church of England as a young baby and remained Anglican until my confirmation in 2003 into the Catholic Church which I now attend each Sunday plus feast days, etc.

I have joined Christian Chat to widen my perspective from my usual comfort zone; hopefully to participate, explore and debate points raised.

I have attended bible study with Methodists and worshipped with Baptists, Methodists, Anglicans and Catholics and we all have one thing in common - Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, to me the rest really is just posturing and peripheral noise.

I enjoy listening to Christian music and Spotify serves up Casting Crowns, Third Day, Mercy Me, Matt Maher, Hillsong, UK Blessing and many more. I especially enjoy Christian rock with Brazilian singer Fernandinho 'God's not dead' a favourite of mine. If God sent me into spiritual battle this would be playing in my ears!

I look forward to contributing in some small way to the forums, through prayer, faith, personal experience and sometimes uncomfortable considered opinion.
