It's the Holy Spirit dwelling in you. I've felt for the longest time (At least the last 15 years or so) that I will not die a natural death. It's not arrogance, it's not even delusional -- it's Biblical!

When you know you know.

"At that time there was a man in Jerusalem named Simeon. He was righteous and devout and was eagerly waiting for the Messiah to come and rescue Israel. The Holy Spirit was upon him and had revealed to him that he would not die until he had seen the Lord’s Messiah." - Luke 2:25-26

Where in the bible are we told to do these things. We are to live our lives being dilegent to the gospel, the providing for our house hold, loving our neighbors, and so on with the things God has given us to do. When He comes, if He finds us doing so good, but we dont know when He returns, maybe today maybe in the lives of the next generation after ours is spent. The thing is rather than speculating and hand wringing and laying oness upon the Holy Spirit for our feelings, and trying to convince others of a time line, we should be busy about the business He has given us to do, hoping his return is soon, but making sure our duty is done.

You can both be discerning and working diligently at the same time. I do both. And the signs are all around, I don't like we are generations away.
Your comment sounded pretty negative...try to cheer up!

The rapture is definitely happening soon. God is telling people is obvious on the threads.

The feeling is different now, than say, 10 years ago. You can feel it. And yes, the Holy Spirit nudges those who are discerning and have eyes to see and ears to hear. Some, like the poster above, are asleep to these things.

I don't know if the glorious second coming of Jesus & the resurrection will occur in my lifetime. I do watch for the signs.

We long for his return. (Christ-centred) "The spirit and the bride say come!" "Maranatha" "The whole creation groans". (Christ-centred.)
I don't share the modern self-entitled obsession with "rapture".

Everyone in Christ will live forever.

When the tribulation comes and you have not been raptured send me a message via this site. I’ll help you 1st) through the grief of bad doctrine and 2nd) connect you to saints who have been preparing for the tribulation for decades, not by stockpiling MREs and building bunkers, but by submitting themselves to the instruction of their Father.
