Thursday 2-9-23 5th. Day Of The Weekly Cycle Shevat 17, 5783 51st. Winter Day
Here is a view of what I think:
Jesus is not God’s Son in the sense of a human father and a son. God did not get married and have a son. God did not mate with Mary and, together with her, produce a son. Jesus is God’s Son in the sense that He is God made manifest in human form (
John 1:1,
14).
Jesus is God’s Son in that He was conceived in Mary by the Holy Spirit.
Luke 1:35 declares, “The angel answered, 'The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God.’”
Love, Walter
it’s all fulfillment of what God said teaching man that we are Gods children we are the sons
“At that day ye shall know that
I am in my Father,
and
ye in me, ( son )
and I in you.”( son )
John 14:20 KJV
“which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, which was the son of
Adam, which was the son of God.”
Luke 3:38 KJV
see the reason Jesus became a man is because mankind are the children
“Forasmuch then as
the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that
through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; and
deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.”
Hebrews 2:14-15 KJV
even Adam and Eve were his children but the children were deceived and lost thier identity and began forgetting that man is Gods image and glory his children and we began to make idols and create ideas of god and worship gold and silver and animal and man and object creating our own morality and crediting it to god forgetting the true God we lost our minds and hearts to sin
all was lost the children were corrupted all together
and then the Son of God , a perfect man who truly reflects the image of God as man was always created to be from the start
The son is the only place where we can remember and be taught who man really is meant to be he represents the perfect man , who is the image of God , the glory and brightness of Gods character manifest in the world and when we come to him it’s about him bringing many sons to his glory and image which is mankind’s true place in Gods design
He became the son because that’s what we are meant to be , to redeem us to that place where we belong
“For
as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: and if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also
glorified together.
For the earnest expectation of
the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be
conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth. Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?”
Romans 8:14-17, 19, 21, 29-30, 33-35
God became one of us after we were lost in order to bring us home to him
“So
God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.”
Genesis 1:27-28 KJV
thats mans place in Gods creation to be his glory and image on earth and reflect our fathers nature towards others in the world
Jesus came to redeem us to that place of Gods image
“in whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of
the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.”
2 Corinthians 4:4 KJV
“But
we all, with open face
beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are
changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.”
2 Corinthians 3:18 KJV
