I have seen quite a few of those "interview random people on the street" videos on YT, the were funny at first, now I see some of them in a tragic light.
the most stunning video I saw was of Harvard graduates in Geology who couldn't tell you why we have summer and winter. They actually thought it was because the earth got further away from the sun in the winter.

Nope I'm demonstrating how a particular individual on this forum never actually offers an argument and resorts to add homonym
I'm not familiar with this, is this new math?

If I told you your opinion can't be valid because you're a big stupid doody head. That's an ad hominem and not offering anything to the conversation and that's literally all this guy does
Got it. But just for the record I'm not fat, I'm big boned.

Nothing that recycling can't solve.

(In case you missed it I quoted Mao saying it was no big deal that millions would die in China because they would be fertilizer).

Got it.
No one is after anyone here, seeing oneself as a victim and then lashing out is not a good way to express oneself as being a person whose views should be considered.
Posting a childish term is another flag unfortunately.

Ad hominem. Addressing the person instead of addressing the topic.
For clarity.. if I said you're wrong and you're also a doo doo head. That's not an ad hominem
If I said you're wrong because you're a doo doo head, that's ad hominem

Maybe so, reminds me of the Israelites being led to the edge of the Red Sea where destruction seemed unavoidable when they could just have easily gone around the north end, all the time the Egyptians were being led to a trap that would destroy them.
There indeed is great hope in Christ, thank you for the reminder.:)(y)

It isn't "doo doo head" its depilated head.

Many make that mistake, don't worry about it.

Sad. I think Pastors and Priests should speak more about "storing Treasures in Heaven" etc by good works done in faith. What good works? The Bible mentions them in Mat 6: (1) Prayers, (2) Fasting (3) Alms-giving. 1 Cor 3:8 mentions (4) Evangelism.

This life is short but our Heavenly Life will be Eternal. And we will be higher or lower in Heaven based on what we did on Earth. Many, even Christians, do not know this, and accordingly, once they believe themselves saved, they have nothing further to strive for. 2 Pet 1:5-11, one of my favorite passages, tells us how to live instead, to receive rich rewards in Heaven.

"5 For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; 6 and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; 7 and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love. 8 For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 But whoever does not have them is nearsighted and blind, forgetting that they have been cleansed from their past sins.

10 Therefore, my brothers and sisters, make every effort to confirm your calling and election. For if you do these things, you will never stumble, 11 and you will receive a rich welcome into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ."

God Bless.

A friend just told me his experience at the family gathering, a relation gave him a "piece of his mind" to which he thought, " he could ill afford to lose".:):coffee::unsure:(y)

You are the living definition of pretentiousness.
You did the same thing on the gun thread. When I was just trying to have a civil conversation
And you're doing it again now the whole darkness can't fellowship with light thing. Self righteous much? Again not one time have you ever made a valid argument in any discussion I've had with you. All you do is attack me personally. You seriously need to get over yourself
