I was thinking about that as a high school student. Some of the christian professors in my church and college ministry pastors would always point to the 4 Hebrew boys in the book of Daniel as examples. They are especially excellent examples of young believers standing for the Lord in the most trying situations.

However, the were the small minority, the exceptions to the rule.

A California elementary school will introduce an "After School Satan Club" to its curriculum.

Students at Golden Hills Elementary School will soon be able to attend the club, sponsored by the Satanic Temple and Reason Alliance, ABC 33/40 reported. The temple is a non-theistic religious group, not to be confused with the Church of Satan.

The group describes its program as "self-directed education" that aims to support "the intellectual and creative interests of students." They set up the club at the request of parents, educators or "other community members," according to the temple’s website.

It would have been nice if you woudl have made these links rather than jut tossing them out there.

The pastor John Amanchukwu presents a good deal of misinformation that no one seems interested in. His claim: “Well, 78 percent of third through eighth grade black students are not proficient in math in Wake County,” is technically true but wildly misleading. 22% of these students had proficient math scores Level 2 meaning they achieved minimum scored for that grade level But he leaves out the fact that most of the students scored above grade level scoring in levels 3, 4 and 5. Woke County has one of the highest standardized math test scores in the.

He complained about Critical Race Theory in the classroom even though CRT is not being taught at in the public schools. Two years ago the district provided it's teacher's and staff with an in service on CRT taught by U of NC law professors who are experts on the subject. Pastor Amanchukwu woudl have done well to attend this in service as he doesn't' seem to know much about CRT.

His claims about the districts "diversity office" fall flat when looking at the results of the office in regards to standardized testing, graduation rates and racial integration across the districts 171 schools.


I could look at the other claims made here is anyone likes but it really isn't hard to fact check things for yourself

Parents who love their children and don't want them corrupted should definitely get them out of the public school. This isn't really an option anymore but an imperative. Take responsibility for your own kids and homeschool.

It wouldn't hurt to advise children in their choice of college as well but it is paramount that children in their formative years be protected.

If my child can't bring a peanut butter sandwich to school because someone might have a peanut allergy then why should your child be allowed to bring a preventable disease to school?

The age old problem from the early O.T. until today is that believers entrust unbelievers, even strangers to raise their children for them. Parents have unwittingly given over custody to heathens to train them in the way they should go.

They have pushed the envelope as far as they can go and lots of schools now to their demands. Others tell them to get list and don't come back. The satanists have brought a lot of law suits.

Even without satanism, there was enough wrong with my schools when I attended, that I wouldn't enroll my child even if I had one then. There are some very messed up teachers and curriculum from k- post grad.

The singular reason the satanist group is doing this is because the school already had and endorses an evangelical after school club. If the School is willing to open it's door to one religious group then it has to be open to any other religious groups.

If they are going to accommodate one religion, they have to accommodate all of them
This is why I believe it's best to just leave religion out of schools entirely

The study itself is a joke, it asked college students if at some point in the past if they were ever taught OR at some point heard about (insert statement)? Most of the statements they ask about have nothing to do with CRT at all but since at some point thee college students have heard someone talk about patriarchal society that is somehow proof that CRT is being taught in the public schools

The judge in the case didn't say it wasn't being taught, but that he saw nothing wrong with it. It is being taught in schools. They said Antifa didn't exist either, even though they have a handbook anyone can read online. Parents are speaking up about it. CRT can be easily looked up online and read about. Leftists acting like Muslims who say you have to be Muslim to read and understand the Koran. Every time someone brings up the subject the left will say "that's not CRT". Anyone can read it and anyone with half a brain can understand it. And parents don't want it taught to kids. That's their right.

Parents have only one viable option. They must immediately pull their children out of public schools. Once that is done, they have several options to protect their children. Protesting against all the garbage and attacks on kids will accomplish nothing at this point, since the schools are now beyond the pale.

When you read the actual works of Brooks and Yosso and Delgado it gets pretty clear what is being represented as CRT has nothing at all to do with it. For instance the you linked us to from the Manhattan Institute claims "racial disparities in socioeconomic outcomes are fundamentally the result of racism, and that white people are the privileged beneficiaries of a social system that oppresses blacks and other “people of color.”" But when you read actual CRT texts you find that they say racism and disparate racial outcomes are the result of complex, changing, and often subtle social and institutional dynamics, rather than explicit and intentional prejudices of individuals. CRT also rejects the idea that race is in any way biological, race is a social construct and in reality there is only one race. CRT recognizes that racism is codified in law, embedded in social norms, and woven into public policy. All of which can be documented. It also notes that most people don't recognize the undercurrent of racism in our society because most are raised to not see it and that is no one's fault. Roy Brooks the originator of CRT wrote that the only way to overcome the racial problems in America is for everyone...EVERYONE to sit down and have an adult conversation about confronting the legal and social policies that are the root of the problem.
