Thanks for the update. I was not aware of that. That sounds like project Northwoods. Just yesterday I was reminded of the spec ops manual that described how America could be deceived to willingly enter war by the same method. Some of those techniques were used by the powers that (shouldn't) be, 21 years ago September.
