I don't know what others think about this, but frankly, I have lost all respect for Trump. His ego seems to take up more room than his intelligence and I'm not saying he is stupid...but he is, apparently, IMO, the same belligerent person he was. I believe he will turn off people with these types of comments.

I never really thought he was a 'Christian', but I would like to ask him straight to his face if he thinks this is how Christians behave or talk

It's not going to work. I hope he does not run but I do not see how that vast ego could not run.

Yeah he would no doubt be better than what is currently sitting in office, but it seems he has not reflected on his time in office other than to blame anything that went wrong on someone else

Dude! It was ALL on your watch!

Amen to that. :) While I stay out of politics, neither the current one in office and previous one have done the right thing. Joe isn't doing anything about easing the inflation, while the previous one didn't react to the big 2020 event properly or on time. Wish we had Kennedy as prez, or anyone before 1992... Since the 1990s, things have gone off the rails.

Attacking DeSantis unnecessarily just before the election was plain stupid. DeSantis is a very strong conservative and Trump should have stood behind him 100%. On the other hand DeSantis failed to support a candidate who is being supported by Trump. Can't remember the name.

I don't remember what candidate DeSantis didn't back up with Trump

but just because Trump does something does everyone have to fall in line like Dominoes?

Maybe Desantis will actually be able to behave like a professional unlike a certain former president who seems to have no concept of professional decorum and speaks like he has a third grade literacy level

I live in FL and I really hope he would stay in FL for the full term...pretty sure he will win....there really is no use in getting into a mud slinging contest with 'a certain former prez" The policies were good; the mouth not so much

I'm pretty turned off by him seeing that he does not take responsibility, acts like a bully and needs someone to wash out his mouth with

We are all a work in progress.
He is not a part of the corrupted political machine we have allowed to infect our government, and he has done more than anyone else WE have selected to be in power.:):coffee: Pretty much we have what we deserve with the senile buffoon and his ilk.
God's grace and repentance can result in the change needed.:):coffee::unsure:(y)

He speaks like he has a third grade literacy level.
He has no concept of professional decorum
He bragged about how "hot" his own daughter is
He disrespected a Vietnam vet
He encouraged his followers to punch people at rallys.
He claims all media is lying except for Fox news.
That's the first thing a cult does. Try to convince you that everyone else is lying

to tell you the truth, I am pretty disillusioned with the GOP and flat out disgusted with the Dems

I think this country desperately needs a third party but the other 2 seem far too entrenched for that. I would vote for term limits too

Get the medieval crowd out of gov once and for all...they can take their ill gotten $$$$ with them.

Trump is a loose cannon. period. his mouth is not helping him in the least and his namesake, Don Jr has a filthy mouth...if you have read some of the things he has said or the really off color jokes he presents. there is no way those things belong in gov.

as far as punching or disrespecting, I think Maxine Waters takes the cake on that one.

Let's face it. Seems no one in gov takes stock of their own bad behavior or the sad examples they set

I don't think this country needs to revisit the past....throw out the lot and start over

I didn't vote for Trump in either election but I can see some of the political climate that led to his appeal. Trump was a pushback against the wokeness of the left

He works through us, ever since He gave mankind dominion in the first chapter.
We were blessed with a republic, Ben Franklin was asked "what kind of government do we have?" His response, "we have given you a republic, IF you can keep it.
Tomorrow the national IQ test takes place.
Today we will continue in prayer for His perfect will to be manifest in us and through us.

are you one those who believe in the 'Manifest Sons of God' if not, maybe you do not know this, but you are sounding like one

this 'perfect will' does not occur on this planet. we can pray that God's will be done as Jesus instructed us, but too many seem to think they have no part to play in that and that somehow God will just pull some strings and everything will fall into place

at any rate, none of it changes the fact that Trump is a loose cannon and I do not believe he is or ever was, a Christian

you can believe that if you want to

There's a book being handed out at Trump rallies that claims Trump is the second coming of Christ

I disagree. I like De Santis, but I like Trump too. If both run in 2024, let them campaign and debate fairly and freely and let the better man win.
