I think people will be surprised in this election on who wins and who loses.

No matter what the polls say, GOD will have the final say. Remember also...Eph. 6. [12] "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. "

A person elected to office may have Christian values to begin with, but when the the temptations of power come into play, they can suddenly be tested and change.

Amen.

We can only hope, that whoever the Lord places into the offices, will follow His Moral Standard but we know, prophetically, where this world is headed. Besides this, a democracy - a government of the people and by the people - has never been looked upon favorably by our God.

My thoughts exactly. (y)

God won't be surprised. :)
He deprives the leaders of the earth of their reason; he makes them wander in a trackless waste. Job 12:24 we may look at election night and think. "That idiot won? " The hand of the LORD. Please come quickly LORD Jesus.

We sin if we vote abortion. Bottom line.
Don't we also sin if we vote for mammon worship? Self idolatry? Cheating workers? Abandoning the sick, poor, and foreigner?

Honesty, neither side represents God's values.

And the one that claims to is promoting false prophets.

2 Corinthians 10:4 plus Matthew 24:6~ The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come.

Will we have another dose of Trump?
In 2024, you mean? Yes, I think another Trump term, or someone like Conservative De Santis, would be great.

Now here, in 2022, this year when Roe v Wade was overturned, Conservatives need a majority to preserve that.

Senator Graham proposed a 15 week federal abortion ban recently: https://www.npr.org/2022/09/13/1122...introduces-15-week-abortion-ban-in-the-senate They don't have the votes for that currently.

That bill, btw, has support from a majority of voters: "The poll, conducted September 16-18 among 2,005 registered voters, found a narrow 51% majority would support Congress passing a 15-week abortion ban with exceptions for rape, incest and the life of the mother—as Graham’s bill has—while 49% oppose it." https://www.forbes.com/sites/alison...onal-abortion-ban-poll-finds/?sh=5830ec5872d6

Christians cannot be indifferent to politics where it touches faith or moral issues. Jesus Christ is King of kings and Lord of lords, not just King in the private sphere. In modern parlance, we can say He is King of Presidents and Lord of Senators etc.

God Bless.

I believe that the past 2 yrs have been a wake up call for many.
I believe God gave us a glimpse that yes indeed his word will come to pass just as he has spoken.
Some thought with the past administration peace, prosperity, and greatness was because of the prior administration.
But GOD revealed the hearts of the people, what was hjdden is now revealed. A house divided cannot stand. A nation without God is doomed. A nation that leaves their first love and allows the leaven to rise will collapes.
Only by the hand of GOD will this nation succeed and continue.
If GOD allows that the conservatives (red) take the house back and they do not waver but place God first then perhaps by his mercy and grace this darkness will come to the light. Mid terms will tell the tale.
But if the liberals (blue) remains in power then i beleive the Lord has spoken and God will not turn away his judgements and the time of testing will begin.
I am not red nor blue left or right my GOD my father controls everything only he knows what time it is and the hour on which it will arrive.
Is the past 2 yrs just a warning or are there more things to come?
