Believe what about Jesus? Even atheistic historians acknowledge Him as an historic figure.
Can this person who is a "Heretic" according to God just simply believe in Jesus?

Yep. I agree with Magena. [What] we believe about Jesus is the crux of the matter.

Just simply believe what? That He existed? Or that He is Who He said He said He was, purposed to incarnate to give His
life as payment for the sins of man that they be reconciled to God by grace through faith and attain to life ever after?

What? Are you claiming we can't just simply believe in Jesus to be "Born Again"?
That's correct. I know a guy named Jesus. Obviously, there must be distinct features and reasons for which to believe in Jesus of Nazareth instead of the Jesus who works at a shopping mart. There must be reasonable reasons for which to believe something. Unfortunately, our "pastors" of today do not know the Bible, which explains why congregations don't understand the Bible either.

Does this person who is a "Heretic" according to God just simply need to believe all which God deems essential for Him not to consider this person a "Heretic" any longer?

I am not sure what you are getting at. Could you be more specific? What do you think God considers heresy, for example.

Acts 10:43
:)

The person I am referring to who claims to be "Born Again" and is actually a "Heretic", this is something God considers heresy.

I generally agree. Who did God say is a heretic, for example?
"But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction." 2 Peter 2:1

A heretic is someone who teaches false doctrine; or someone who follows and practices false doctrine.

Is someone who believes false doctrine also a heretic?

Noted. Which doctrines are heresy then?
The doctrine people believe that a person can enter into heaven as a Heretic if God deems them to be a Heretic, this is a false doctrine.

It's hard to convince people nowadays there's such a thing as true doctrine and false doctrine. But there's always been truth and falsehood. No one knows 100% of the truth, but there are gross errors that should be obvious to anyone. Peter gives one example in 2 Peter 2:1, "even denying the Lord who bought them." The teaching of transubstantiation is another; it's closely related to Peter's definition. It's a bit ironic that Catholics teach the very thing Peter warned about.

The prosperity gospel is also heresy.
