All that I ask is you watch the video before commenting.

Facts:

1.) While federal law restricts citizens under 21 from purchasing tobacco, West Virginia state law sets the restriction to anyone under 18. This woman didn't break any state law and the citation was dismissed. (As to how a state law can contradict a federal law, I don't know... that is another discussion.)

2.) The woman asks the cop to talk, the cop grants permission, and as soon as the woman starts talking, he interrupts and begins yelling and threatening to handcuff her if she doesn't shut her "****ing mouth".

3.) The "good cops" at the police department didn't step in to protect the woman from the unhinged police officer. (It's possible they were playing basketball with kids .)

I don't deny there are some good cops, but when are we going to start holding the "good cops" accountable for not stopping bad cops from their abuse of power? Does the woman deserve this kind of reaction? What are your thoughts?

He should be fired and never be able to work in any form of law enforcement ever again.

Recently I was listening to a brother share an interaction he had with an angel in a vision and he asked the angel what he thought about the fact that man will judge the angels. The angel said it was right because although God the creator had been revealed to him, God the savior had been revealed to us.

That was very interesting to me because as a teacher I learned that the job of a teacher is not to grade papers and fail kids. The job of a teacher is to help all kids pass. Bad teachers come in two categories, one like this guy who thinks kids need to sit down and shut up or else they will fail, and the other that don't care and pass everyone without teaching them anything. Anyone can just "pass" them which is what all this woke stuff is about letting criminals out of prison. The best teachers are those that pass everyone because the kids have truly learned the material.

I suppose for cops it is the same thing. The bad cops either think they are supposed to arrest everyone, or else fudge the stats to make it look like there is no crime. Good cops figure out how to make the city safe by actually reducing the crime because people stop committing crimes.

Pathetically if he had arrested her, the judge probably would have thrown it out because she had committed no crime
I wonder how many people this officer has arrested for no reason.
I think police officer should be prosecuted for contempt of court when they bring people into court over nonsense charges, wasting the Court's time

People often say things like, police need proper training. I'm not sure such would help him. He has serious problems
handling the power and authority that his station in life accords to him. Nor should he be carrying a gun. At. All.

Agree entirely. It's scary to think he still has a badge and a gun.

While I'm surprised by this cop's attitude, I am equally shocked none of the other "good cops" intervened to de-escalate the situation that was escalated by the officer.

Not everyone can handle authority, many who apply and receive authority should not have, Napoleon complex, man haters, etc.

This is an extremely mild example.
These types are who they hire BECAUSE they bring in $. The prosecutor, judge and rest of the gang are into the $. They work together and are friends. There's no checks or balances. This type of dude would haveno problem lying under oath to put this or any other woman away in jail to further his career or because she didn't grovel and swoon over his presence.

I've known these types before and that's why I started a policy to never train LE unless I knew them personally and that they wouldn't use their position to harm ladies like this.

There's lots of stealing, and other serious criminal activities in certain areas. I know of one incorporated town that was closed by the state over so much theft and threats.
That doesn't take away from the decent ones, but where there's one like this, there's more. They cover for each other.

A lot is blamed on the training when it really comes down to personal responsibility. A normal decent person isn't going to turn into a criminal because his lousy training taught him how to get away with lying on the witness stand. That is normal police training BTW. BAD people do bad things. They are attracted to jobs where they can exercise authority over others as adults.

The same thing happened in the Sandra Bland incident.
She was pulled out of her car Jim Crow style over a cigarette.
The officers pride was injured because she wouldn't smooch his butt
That was basically a kidnapping

I didn't realize she had hyperhidrosis.
The same thing almost happened to me and my two friends. I was in my early teens and on Saturdays after mowing, we'd use our bus stop as a hang out to talk and listen to the radio. Their parents built it and was like a little club house, no door and was facing traffic big open window. This was in the afternoon and we were just sitting there talking and my buddy says, shhhh! There's some guy running over hear with a gun!
We didn't have the sense to run away. He stooped down like some ninja wannabe, sneaking from bush to bush for a long ways. He gets to the window of the bus stop and aims the revolver at our faces. Then he yells at us and demands we answer his interrogation. We had no idea what in the world he was thinking or accusing us of. He just went off on us while aiming his gun at our faces. After a while, the cop took off.

We were sitting on the bench in our bus stop.
The 17 year old was sitting in his car eating.
The cop shot him.
We were fortunate that, although he was ready to squeeze the trigger with the barrel aimed at our heads, arms sticking through the window, he did not. It's not exact. Glad it wasn't. No, actually I wish it was the same and the other kid wasn't shot.

Oh, I was talking about the woman who went to the police station and recorded the officer berating her.
