“I will
sing of the mercies of the LORD for ever: With my mouth will I make known thy faithfulness to all generations.
For
I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: Thy faithfulness shalt thou establish in the very heavens.
I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have
sworn unto David my servant, Thy seed will I establish for ever, And build up thy throne to all generations. Selah.
( revelation of Jesus Christ )
“After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter. And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne. And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald. the four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying, Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.”
Revelation 4:1-3, 10-11 KJV
“And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not:
behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.
And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and
in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and
seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.
And
they sung a new song, saying,
Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof:
for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; and hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
And I beheld, and I
heard the voice of many angels round about the throne
and
the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was
ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; saying with a loud voice,
Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.
And every creature which is in
heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying,
Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.”
Revelation 5:5-6, 9-13 KJV
And
the heavens shall praise thy wonders, O LORD: Thy faithfulness also in the
congregation of the saints. For
who in the heaven Can be compared unto the LORD?
Who among
the sons of the mighty Can be likened unto the LORD?
God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, And to be had in reverence of all them that are about him.”
Psalm 89:1-7 KJV
