Needs opinions of moms of children from 5 to 10 years old

Good morning,
I have a question for parents of children ages 5 to 10. Do you think this innovative coloring book will appeal to children? I created it because my kids seemed to be bored with traditional coloring books. My goal is to spark curiosity right from the start. This is to motivate the child to color the picture to find out what the picture is hiding. What do you think about it?

My kids are now grown, but yes, I believe children would enjoy something like this, if they are marketed and sold at a similar price point as traditional coloring books. I can't even guess how popular it would be, however.

My kids are past that age now but anything you do that stimulates young minds and unlocks the creativity inside them is very profitable. I found the same problem with children and writing. But there is a story in all of us. So with writing assignments I encouraged my kids to personalize it.
The same too with math. It's just as easy to count dinosaurs as it is to count sticks or cars or ice cream cones.
I encourage you to continue to look for ways to unlock the creativity that we possess each one that is in us because we were made in the likeness of a very creative God.

Looks cool. Paint by number still sells and that was something I did as a kid so you know kids like it.

When I was a kid we used to do things like this, where coloring by the numbers would reveal an image. I loved them. I was never very good at the paint by numbers, because I couldn't control the paint brush as well as Ic ould control a crayon or colored pencil.

yes had them in the bookshop but you need a colour key to unlock it as well or number all your coloured pencils/felts/crayons to make it easier.

I do paint by numbers which is fun but its a bit fiddly for children 5-10

The other thing is those water colour books that just require a brush and water and it magiclaly colours when you brush them with water.

That is what I thought too. I tried one many years ago. I painted over several numbers by mistake so had no idea what paint color to apply to certain areas. Gave it up half-way through the painting. Looked like crap anyways.

My 9-year-old says she thinks it looks fun. She's my more "artistic" kiddo and loves to do the adult coloring books (you know, with the elaborate animals or silly creatures) so this would be something she'd also enjoy.

My 7 year old son says it would be fun ONLY if it was on the computer.

My 5-year-old daughter loves it and is asking when we're getting one. lol
