Others need a reason to love us…
He does it regardless
He is with us through the hardened seasons…
mending us through His healing adhesions.
The storms they rage and toss us about…
no matter the thorns, His grace is sufficient throughout.
These flesh tents... they hurt... they ache...they decay…
what we gain, we also lose, eventually all will go away.
It all leaves us empty and shaken…
but with each trial He promises fruit for picking, worthy of our joyous celebration.
Hold on my beloved family in Him…
don't let the light dim.
Let us instead draw near…
He will ease the trembling heartache and fear.
I know nothing in life more painful than grief…
the ache of loss has no greater chief.
We must take comfort in the truth of His revealing...
For only He can bring supreme divine healing.
