I didn't even know he made a speech, but anyone paying the most remote attention knows they've been pumping him full of drugs to get in front of cameras and speak since day 1.
As time wears on he simply needs more and more to achieve the same or similar affect.
He's not once ran this country, he's simply a figurehead that absolutely no one takes seriously and the far left is using unethically to achieve their own ends.
That his family allows it speaks volumes about their character though. I thank God my loved ones would never allow that to happen to me after my facilities were gone.

A sociopath is not a psychopath. I taught HS, each class had around 30-33 kids. I knew that there would always be that kid who would try and manipulate you and many kids who were stone cold liars, you begin the year understanding that.
I am sure every teacher can give you a fistful of stories about liars, cheats, and manipulators. That is what separates the seasoned veterans from new teachers. I have 5 classes, 150 kids, you know you will get a couple of these kids each year, and you also learn from the teachers and administration about particular parents who are just as thorny.

I don't recall the details, but the number is higher among certain demographics and occupations.
I think I've seen this in a handful who would undermine every decent person to try to get ahead. I've also experienced those who were violent ones. The first was when I was around 6 years old. He almost killed me on a handful of occasions. He lacked a conscience and had no anger governor...very unexpectedly violent.
