1 Jn 3:4 Sin is a transgression of Gods Law:
Ok, all have broken God's law (Rom 3:23).
No one can say he isn't a sinner until some means is provided (not to take away the law) but to remove the sin, which is the transgression of the law.
Faith placed in Jesus's sin payment & resurrection takes away/removes ALL the believers' sin (Jn 1:19, Rev 1:5). Once our sins have been removed, there is no transgression of the law.
Written to believers see Col 1:12:
Col 2:14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and "took it out of the way", nailing it to his cross;
The verse states Christ payment on the cross "TOOK" < (Past Tense) the handwriting of ordinances that were against/contrary to the believer out of the way.
By fulfilling the law's required wage for sin [Jesus PAID/fulfilled the laws required wage/payment (Rom 6:23) for sin. By doing so, for the believer, sin penalties invoked [Deut 28] for breaking the law, are blotted out at conversion & imputed onto Him. [Find this process Lev 4 & Rom 4]
The proof Christ's sin atonement/payment was accepted by The Father is Jesus' resurrection. Because Christ is our eternal High Priest (Heb 5:6) & sin advocate (1 Jn 2:1). The removal of ALL sin penalties invoked [Deut 28] against every believer Past-Present-Future will forever remain in effect. BTW The believers sin advocate is also the final Judge (Jn 5:22). Verdict NOT GUILTY!
1 Cor 15
55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
(MY NOTE: Jesus victory at Calvary blotted out the sin ordinances/penalties invoked in Mosaic law [Deut 28], for every believer & nailed them to His cross (Col 2:14)
Finally:
Anyone that doesn't, by faith, access Jesus's sin atoning sacrifice. Every jot & tittle of the law will be applied to them at the White Throne judgment.
