A recent video I saw compares WWII with the Tribulation

Now Hitler had a minister of public enlightenment and propaganda, I can see that during the Tribulation, but the question I have is about the coerced human experiments done under the Nazi's which has become a major reference point in modern bioethics. Ultimately I think you have to say Heinrich Himmler was the chief architect of this research though there were obviously real doctors involved in the research and experiments.
But who could we possibly view today as the chief architect of human experiments that will become a major reference point in bioethics in the future?

What you have outlined here could be a similitude of the Antichrist and his attack on the Jews. It was almost exactly 7 years from Kristallnacht to the end of the death camps in 1945.

Yes, but if Satan is meant, he is called as Satan. According the word of God there is no Single hint that he belongs to the sons of God which were on earth before the flood.
There is also no Single hint that he will change or DNA in Future through any injections.

The vaccine against Covid was an illegal human experiment. It violated the Nuremberg laws to mandate an experimental vaccine. They lied about this saying the vaccine was no longer experimental, yet they gave people the experimental one.
That alone ties this into Psalm 120: 1 In my distress I cried unto the Lord, and he heard me. 2 Deliver my soul, O Lord, from lying lips, and from a deceitful tongue.
The Psalms are prophetic of each year since 1901 with 120 being 2020, the year of the pandemic.
