Sorry for the auto correct spelling first of all but I think you guys are funny with your definitions in your mind.
Basically your rationality is “I’m right and everyone else throughout history is wrong” lol
“So I’m either going to take a verse from the Bible and make a church out of it“ like baptism or “ I’m gonna reject everything and create a church out of this idea”.

Chester and I have not been arguing about anything. None of our conversation has been about who is right or wrong. It is a discussion.
As to the English definition of a Christian denomination you can confirm with a dictionary. I would not argue about something so settled.
When I present information to consider it is not to argue.
And some churches don't have a history of trying to be different or having separated in protest. That might be one churches history for being independent.
Another might have developed from a neighborhood bible study that grew out of a house. No intention of being critical of existing denominations or feeling the need to start a different kind.
They are just believers being believers the best they know how.
And if it is just them and no other churches connected to them it does not fit the definition of denomination. If you want to insist that it does that would be a definition in YOUR mind not in the Webster dictionary.
And I won't argue about it. Even though I think I just did. LOL. But I am done now.
