Who leaked this? Was it a Supreme Court Justice? One of their clerks? The country is being split apart. It is wonderful news but it also reveals we are in the midst of a rebellion.

This means the reimplementation of states rights in America. This also means that the pro federal voters will be rallying come midterms.

One can hope

(and I say this not because I'm pro-abortion, anything but. But rather because if this is true then this illustrates the breakdown of our nations highest court that until this day kept partisanship out of the court. And if that institution has broken down, our country cannot recover.)

Yeah, I'm definitely not thinking that. He's too busy playing war... And it's not likely he could figure out just what a decision like this would mean to the further breakdown of our country.

People of faith are passive in any resistance, the left side of the isle is anything but. If this is true, 2020 riots will look like childs play. The court would have made sure the national guard were at the ready in every state before announcing a decision like this.

We have leaks all the time on important stuff so that is no surprise.

The justices had to know this would be a huge uproar so I'm guessing they will be willing to stick to their oath.

It is a great decision for returning back to the Constitutional right of life. Never should of happened. In fact abortion on demand should be outlawed across every state by federal order. Just like segregation was.

I continue to believe the odds are high there will be no election, or at least an election we can't even recognize.

The Democrats KNOW that their defeat will be so monumental in November, that there has to be some kind of a global, or severe national event to disrupt the election.

Whether that be a shooting war for us, a massive disruption in the internet, staged assassinations or terrorist attacks, or something else, I cannot say.

But they will not go down without something happening.

Actually the way constitutional law is written, this should be a state issue / an issue put to vote by the constituency, unless law is passed through Congress, who are our elected representatives.

This never went to a vote nor to our representatives, and it's not the courts job to pass law, only determine a laws constitutionality.

As it is this would be the best legal decision, to give the decision back to the people.

At the time of Roe v Wade in the majority of states abortion was legal in matters of life of the mother, rape and incest.

Roe v Wade dealt only with abortion on demand (abortion without needing a reason) but after it passed down states stopped passing various laws giving women the right to obtain an abortion because the passage of Roe v Wade made it a moot point.

But people seem to have forgotten they have a vote and civic responsibility, at some point they decided they preferred dictatorial law by fiat, so long as they liked that law

Really? So you believe life is a state's choice under the constitution? The Constitution doesn't leave that to the states. It is left to the God given rights that no state or government has the right to choose.

I recall a Supreme court justice speaking on exactly this some years ago that the Court was being asked to rule on what are issues that are the domain of the States.
A shift back is long overdue

It has been confirmed as a legitimate draft that would overturn RvW. The draft was leaked. The court has confirmed it is real and are doing internal investigations.

"To the extent this betrayal of the confidences of the Court was intended to undermine the
integrity of our operations, it will not succeed. The work of the Court will not be affected
in any way," Roberts said.

Yes we should be praying. Should we also be supporting companies like Amazon ? Are the Christians willing to put their monies where their mouths are... I will be stopping my citicard for the same reason.... I know many business give to abortion and other sins kinda on the down low for me i will be watching where my God given dollars go.
