Thanks! Didn't realize they were out there on here. I guess I was being naive lol
Most hang out in the BDF, but over the years they've spread around to other areas.
My personal rule is no more than two posts if I have a disagreement with someone. Otherwise it's easy to go in circles endlessly with people.

And, if she has children, he will always be second in her life.
I think it depends.
A lot of women will place their children first if push comes to shove, even in a good marriage/nuclear family.

Probably fathers too, but men are more controlled by sex/lust so they may put the new wife first more.

It's the bible discussion forum. Allegedly it's a place to discuss the bible. In reality it's a place for people to argue and try to prove they are more holy than each other. Trust us, don't go there.

Why do you say this? As long as a woman's Biblically divorced, I'd have no problem with her. I think most single Christian men would be open to such. The only caveats might be the emotional baggage that comes from a divorce. And, if she has children, he will always be second in her life. (My late wife drew that line carefully and delicately, but I think if push ever came to shove...)
There are signs that warrant care here G, you can't be sure that the divorce has been biblical, you are only getting one side of the story. There's enough in the OP's original post and subsequent responses to cast doubt on her spiritual state. The alarm is sounding!

Don't go in circles with the pharisees on this site. You'll just be beating your head against a brick wall (their hearts). They are pros at making people look bad while elevating themselves.
And you are the archetypal example of it. You are blinded by your own ignorance and pride. But the only ones you will convince to believe you are those that are similarly lost.

Wow dude. You sound... perfect. In fact, you may be the first Christian ever to do what you described. Don't look now, but God may remove you before the rest of us, not unlike Elijah.

Wait... is that your name????
That's childish.

Getting a little insulting there, aren't we?

I'm a Pentecostal Minister and he and I chat often. I'm sure being a Pentecostal disqualifies me as a Christian to you, but he and I still talk together often. *Shrug
If you wish to know Him, and more importantly He to know you, you need to discard all of your pentecostal attire into the garbage bin where it deserves to be, and go out and look for Him. You will not find Him in pentecostal or baptist culture, or any other denominational culture for that matter.

You honestly sound like you are from a cult and have no business trying to give “advice” to struggling believers.
don’t you know..God knows EVERYONE! He created EVERYONE! So to say that for God to know them makes no sense. And where in the Bible does it say denominational churches don’t have God?

Can you explain what you mean? Not being argumentative; I think you and I are probably on the same page. Hence my post about the OP studying the Scriptures and praying. I just want to understand better what you're getting at. ;)
I realise that Magenta can answer for herself, but I think it is pretty obvious what she is saying...she's sounding a warning that all may not be right with the OP here, and we need to tread careful with the advice we give, and certainly not introduce any Christian males to the OP until her true spiritual health and marital eligibility can be established. And I agree with her, and am maybe taking it a step further to say all is not right with the OP.

I guess so… he was being very hateful to other people and I on here.
Well... this place is more like a clique than a forum. All the regulars have known each other for years. Tony is new, but he's not a bad guy... but then, I haven't read the whole thread lol ;)
