1 – Leads to life:

• Pro 19:23 -> “The fear of the LORD leads to life, and whoever has it rests satisfied; he will not be visited by harm.”.

2 – After reaching the life, the fear of the Creator prolongs it:

• Pro 10:27 -> “The fear of the LORD prolongs life, but the years of the wicked will be short.”.
• Pro 14:27 -> “The fear of the LORD is a fountain of life, that one may turn away from the snares of death.”.

3 – Give us strong confidence:

• Pro 14:26 -> “In the fear of the LORD one has strong confidence, and his children will have a refuge.”.

4 – For it being clean, the fear of the Lord keeps us clean:

• Psa 19:9 -> “the fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever; the rules of the LORD are true, and righteous altogether.”.

5 – Who fears the Creator counts on His attention:

9 – Who fear the Creator will be target of His steadfast love:

• Psa 103:17 -> “But the steadfast love of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear him, and his righteousness to children's children,”.

10 – Who fear the Creator only desire what is delightful to His eyes. Thus, they will have their wishes fulfilled:

• Psa 145:18-20 -> “The LORD is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth. He fulfills the desire of those who fear him; he also hears their cry and saves them. The LORD preserves all who love him, but all the wicked he will destroy.”.

11 – Who fear the Creator are in His remembrances constantly:

• Mal 3:16,17 -> “Then those who feared the LORD spoke with one another. The LORD paid attention and heard them, and a book of remembrance was written before him of those who feared the LORD and esteemed his name. They shall be mine, says the LORD of hosts, in the day when I make up my treasured possession, and I will spare them as a man spares his son who serves him.”.

So, have a good day fearing the Creator.

In my estimation, without my possession of True Fear of the Lord, I doubt that I would be saved. Therefore, I equate Salvation with possessing True Fear of the Lord.

Isaiah 33:6 NLT - "In that day he will be your sure foundation, providing a rich store of salvation, wisdom, and knowledge. The fear of the LORD will be your treasure."

Ahhh . . . but I'm talking about Fear of the Lord . . . not fear of humans. :)

My genuine fear of the Lord is actually a Holy Reverence. It is an understanding of God's Almighty Power, meaning that I understand that I live because He allows it. My heart beats because He allows it. My Powerful experience with the Lord in the Arizona confirmed these things to me. I felt the Lord's Power; the same Power that parted the Red Sea and the Jordan River. When that Power was Graced to me, many things were instantly clarified within my mind. I respect our Powerful, Almighty God and so I began to change my life. It was also in this experience that I came to realize that I didn't Truly believe in Him. Yes, I thought and felt that I did, but I didn't. I couldn't. But having felt that Power, there was no room for questioning or doubting ever again. I will never be the same. I will never go back to who I once was . . . it is virtually impossible. :)

{Edit} - I'm sorry! I just realized that you weren't necessarily speaking to me, but responding to the thread.
