Right. Jesus didn't live at home. At least, not when He started the work He was sent to do. He traveled all over the place. I'm drawing a blank on any scriptures that say He looked after his mom. Can you share them with me?
I'm pretty sure you know by now that these threads create "rabbit trails". I've seen you go off on many a tangent, which seems to be okay with you until someone challenges one of your statements or thoughts. Just an observation. Maybe you haven't noticed the inconsistency?

Not approving the Keystone pipeline. Regulations that make fracking hard to do.
The high oil prices may be what motivated Putin to attack when he did, partly at least. I read 40% of Russia's state revenues came from oil and gas a few years ago. Prices have gone way up since then. The war is expensive, but his oil and gas are high.
If Biden opened the pipeline and drove the price of oil down by doing so, that might put some pressure on Russian and help us regular Americans out a little, too. It might put some brakes on inflation.

Whenever prices get high, I make more of an effort to buy things on sale. Like, if I want beef one week but only chicken is on sale, I but chicken instead. That has worked for me and so I don't notice much of an increase in food prices. But, some things like rent and utilities we cannot control as much.
We moved from a big city area to a small town which is about three miles long and not very wide. So our gas usage is way down and with me being retired and only Tourist working 4 days a week about a mile from home we are doing o.k. Yes, we like it when it doesn't cost as much but we are doing o.k. and I am thankful we moved when we did and live where we are now.

We flew to Fort Lauderdale and drove through Hollywood, Miami and eventually down to the Keys and we stayed at a total of four different hotels/resorts. In the past we have stayed in Destin, Panama City, Clearwater and Fort Myers. 👍 We visited friends in Stuart Florida which is north of West Palm Beach. They are snowbirds there for three months out of the year.
