Paul tells us when he refers to living sacrifices and lively stones.
So the sacrifice Ezekiel was referring to was ourselves? As in,
future believers who make up the temple/Body of Christ?

Do you think Paul just picked those illustrations out of thin air ? It was Paul's job to interpret the ancient Scriptures and he did so under the care of the Holy Spirit.

The trouble is simple. If your system requires literalizing and futurizing Eze's temple you are obliged to follow the same with regard to his stated reasons for the sacrifices, which are 'sin offerings' .

Hmmmm Im trying to figure out just how resuming bloody sacrifices would/could glorify Christ.
