Who's asking you to excuse any of the evil being done in America? Christians must rebuke the works (and workers) of Darkness. At the same time the fact remains that the evildoers are on one side, and ordinary citizens who try to live by a moral code are on the other side. I'm not suggesting they are all Christians, but the evildoers are not the majority. And if there were serious consequences to the evil deeds at the highest levels you have mentioned, they would not be as many as they are.

As to China, does anybody know exactly all the evil which is being perpetrated under godless Communism? Not just within China but all over the world.
The governing parties in your country don't act according to biblical standards either, do they ?

Think of all the stuff that goes on in this country. Abortion, transgender whatever, confiscatory taxation, corruption and theft at the highest levels of government. You could spend all day making a list. Evil is good and good is evil.

If China were doing half the things America does, conservatives would condemn that country. Seems like they look the other way when it’s being done in their own backyard.

Basically what I’m saying is that I’ve lost my love for America. I can’t be a Christian and just excuse this stuff.
One of the issues is that Americans have forgotten the reason why they were (yes, were) the great power in the world. It is God who makes great, not presidents, military might, democracy or any other human institution. The British turned away from God and watched in disbelief as their empire evaporated. America has never been as virtuous as some people claim. However, there was a level of spirituality that was missing in most other nations. God honoured that.

The rot set in during the 60's. The church has declined and the world has infiltrated the church. It's not just the US either. The "Christian" nations are increasingly pagan. Australia is no longer officially a Christian nation. Europe long ago forsook the Lord.

When much is given, much is required. Australia is less severely judged than the US because the church has never been as strong here. I've watched while "natural" disasters increase. Funny how it got much worse after the nation voted to recognise homosexual marriage. Funny how a trade dispute arose with Australia's biggest trading partner, China. Funny how we have to spend billions on defence because China is now a potential enemy.

You can lay responsibility squarely on the Church. As the church declines, society follows. I'm 70, saved for 50 years. I have observed this over that time.

The answer is for a fresh reformation of the church. If this happens, God may be gracious and send revival. I see no sign that most Christians even see a problem. They are too busy living it up at Chris Tomlin concerts. Not much sackcloth and ashes there.

I can see your honesty, Why are you bothered by things that belong to this world, which is not spiritual life.

If someone makes a political right, Someone has to set up an enemy, and then you have to pay for it with all your rest life.sad......

You can't turn a homosexual into a heterosexual right away. You can't just say to them: find a heterosexual to love, go. But you can only forgive their mistakes,This is not a compromise to evil.

Let me ask another way: are you proud of your country or your culture?

Why?

Can I say that now my country is more and more like the United States in my beautiful imagination, so I'm happy about it.

About our culture is:

1.There is no walking on sunshine except someone managing to crack a silver lining in the clouds.

2.Your life is good because someone else is doing for you.

3.You are enjoying your life, not because everything is beautiful, but because there is someone willing to sacrifice for you.

It is not that America itself is evil, but that the most evil spirit Mystery Babylon has taken over America, that most of America has drank out of her cup. Transposed upon the physical world is the spiritual kingdoms. America is now largely in the spiritual kingdom of Mystery Babylon. This spiritual kingdom is no one country, but it is a spirit, and so when a significant enough amount of people enter this kingdom via idolatry and whoredom then that spiritual kingdom takes over that land. This necessitates the wrath of God to be poured out upon that spiritual kingdom, which then manifests into the physical via the Four Sore Judgements of God until one of two outcomes happens. The first outcome is that society has to acknowledge that their ways are evil and wrong and they must acknowledge that God was correct to judge them with severity in which case God is very merciful and will spare them and may even bless them. The second outcome is they double down and harden their hearts and refuse to acknowledge the evil of their ways and the ways of their society and they refuse to acknowledge that the Lord Jesus has judged them with severity, and in this case the Fourth Sore Judgement will come to pass and it will be told to them Behold A Sword Cometh, and when the Sword comes they will not escape from the power of the Lord and they will be destroyed even at the edge of the Sword and that society or civilization will end and the glory and power of the Lord Jesus will be known.

I believe the governemnt is extrememly wicked and the people are following in lock step. I'm American btw, and I've seen the steady decline since 9/11, which to me, was the turning point in American history.

Would you go to war and risk your life for a country that not only aborts the unborn but subsidizes it with money forcibly taken from you? Or how about risk your life for a country that has done everything in its power to shut God out of every aspect of life?

I would not. And for that reason, I don’t love this country.
I have been to war and sin has always been in the land. My fighting for my country is no more an endorsement of abortion or any other sin when war itself IS sin when a man is doing it.

No one is running to Russia? That’s not true at all.

Why do you think the US government’s expat fee is twenty times that of European nations and continues to increase? Because people keep leaving.
where do you live?

I think it depends how we define America. The American federal government, in a sense, is the America people see, at least on a world stage. However, those with the loudest voices and most publicity don’t necessarily represent the whole, but good luck getting people to understand that. America is so diverse culturally that I am not sure that America can fit neatly into any one box.

I think it’s better to say that there are some things about America that are unlikable, but it’s always been that way. Try to resist the urge to allow the media to tell you not love America because if they can get you to obey them there, next they’ll tell you what you need to love.

There’s currently an effort to supplant established norms with something else. That something else is likely something that fits the agenda of globalists.

I would and I have. Personally I don't care if someone loves their country or not that is their decision and one I am comfortable to live with.

I just wanna say you are wrong when it comes to the motivation. Country has nothing to do with it. At the heart of your decision is you love and you were unfortunately born with a servants heart. One that makes you willing to say I am expendable. I am willing to sacrifice because I love the guys on the sides of me and I love those back home.

I was not serving the Lord when I fought I was very much in the world. However, in the silence before the action went down I always made two prayers.

One was, please oh please don't let me fail don't let me fail these guys around me. If I have to die let me please die with honor doing my duty for my brothers.

The other was please if I die don't let it be by some explosion so there is nothing left of me to send back home for burial. Please let there be something left of me to bury so when my mother visits, there is some of me there for her.

There is a song I love to listen to the lyrics area as follows, with the reason being I like the song cause to me captures what our true motivation is in a song.

Lyrics are:

Keith Urban Lyrics

"For You"
(from "Act Of Valor" soundtrack)

All I saw was smoke and fire
I didn't feel a thing
But suddenly I was rising higher
And I felt like I just made
The biggest mistake
When I thought about my unborn child
When I thought about my wife
And the answer rang out clear
From somewhere up above
No greater gift has man
Than to lay down his life for love

And I wonder, would I give my life
Could I make that sacrifice
If it came down to it
Could I take the bullet, I would
Yes I would, for you

Maybe you don't understand
I don't understand it all myself
But there's a brother on my left and another on my right
And in his pocket just like mine
He's got a photograph
And they're waiting for him back home
It's weighing on my mind
I'm not trying to be a hero
I don't wanna die
But right now in this moment, you don't think twice

I wonder, would I give my life
Could I make that sacrifice
If it came down to it
Could I take the bullet, I would
Yes I would

You don't think about right
You don't think about wrong
You just do what you gotta do, to defend your own
I'd do the same
For you
Yes I would

I would give my life
I would make that sacrifice
Cause if it came down to it
Could I take a bullet
I would
Yes I would

I'd do it for you
I'd do it for you
I take a bullet
Yes I would

The pilgrims who came on the Mayflower had lofty intentions; however, things went south almost from the beginning. I've always wondered: If God's blessing was on their undertaking, why did things turn out as they did. For example, the freedom of religion sounds great, but with it comes freedom of religion for every kind of religion—good and bad. I don't know if the US as a country is evil; I do know a whole lot of evil stuff goes on here. God judges nations and my guess is He probably sees America as evil. But He's merciful and the prayers of the saints are probably the only thing keeping her afloat.

People always say how lucky we are in the US, but are we really? Strength is born out of adversity and in the US all the adversity has been removed. We've become fat, lazy and entitled.

I don't love the US any more than I love anything else in this world. I try to get along with her as best I can, in the Lord.

No one is asking them to act according to biblical standards. Just the ordinary standards of good governance and subjection to the Constitution. People who go into government and military service take an oath of office. No one forces them to either run for office, apply to the military, or take that oath if they are unwilling to abide by it. But as we can see, few are actually doing what they pledged to do.

Are you saying that what's happening today is america?? It's not america we are under attack morally, and spiritually.
Time to let your light shine in that darkness.
God has placed you right where you are for such a time as this.
To lose your love for a country you were born in tells a lot about the way you look at things.
I see a lot of this in in the christian world. Shame on you. I love my country, the people in it, I for one will never give up the fight for what Ive come to know what's best for them....Jesus the Christ the son of the living God.
Because I love my country, it's people, the love of God compels me to stand my ground.
My Lord has never lost a fight.
We have 3 generations who grew up not knowing the good news, who went about doing there own thing. They are now under the influence of willful lawlessness and the Lord stands and is able to save even from the uttermost.
He can heal this land, but to bring the sinners to repentance he first calls his children to seek him, to humble themselves, to seek his face and repent of their misdeeds.
The church has stood idle for far to long....time to make the donuts.

America does more to help this world than any other country has ever done. If America falls, totalitarianism will soon engulf the planet. That's why the authoritarians have been working so hard to destroy her. The alternative to freedom is slavery.
