Let's break this down Biblically. The Scriptures say quite clearly that Christians are not to judge each other over the eating of meats. Animals eat meat, and Peter had a vision in which he was told to kill and eat animals which were previously unclean (granted, this was a figure of the fact that Gentiles were now accepted into the family of God, but I think the application that meats can be eaten if received with thankfulness still applies).
1Ti_4:3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
1Ti_4:4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:
Notice that 1 Timothy 4:3 specifically says that those who know truth understand that it is acceptable to eat meat. Interesting. Is trendy veganism a godless heathen fad? (With the exception, I must say in all fairness, of those who choose such a diet for allergic or health reasons.) The bottom line here is that there is NOTHING MORALLY WRONG WITH EATING MEAT.
But the elites keep telling us that eating meat is bad bad bad, so we should eat lab-grown human meat instead, or eat bugs. Yup, makes sense to me!
