There are some misconceptions that people make about scripture ------and that are taught ---which is False doctrine ----

One is that the magi visiting Jesus at the stable ---when it was in His house

One is there were only 3 Wise Men that gave gifts to Jesus ---the scripture does not give a number --it just says Wise men --which says there was more than one ---

One is that Mary Magdalene was a prostitute ----this lady was healed from 7 demons from Jesus Himself and then followed Jesus and actually funded His Ministry -----she definitely was not a prostitute ---
Certainly wasnt at their house as they traveled to Bethlehem, to register from the tribe of Judah for the census

I say ---you need to read the scripture

It was not the wise men that went to the stable to see Jesus at His birth ---it was the Shepherds ----the wise men went to the house where Mary and the child were -----

Matthew 2:11-13

Easy-to-Read Version

11 The wise men came to the house where the child was with his mother Mary. They bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened the boxes of gifts they had brought for him. They gave him treasures of gold, frankincense, and myrrh. 12 But God warned the wise men in a dream not to go back to Herod. So they went home to their own country a different way.

7 Then Herod summoned the wise men secretly and ascertained from them what time the star appeared; 8 and he sent them to Bethlehem,
So what is your point ???????---it was not the wise men that first went to see the baby Jesus that many people believe -----it was the Shepherds ----that is my point ----the wise men gave the gifts to the child Jesus in the house ---

So your point in pointing out that the wise men were sent to Bethlehem is what ?????????------if they were in Bethlehem for the census ---then they were sent there for that ----they did not go to the stable and present gifts to Baby Jesus ------they presented them in the house -------

This is portraying the wise men at the stable with the gifts ------this is a false image ----

This is the right Image below---Shepherds viewing the Baby ----this is what the scripture says ---it was the Shepherds at the manger not the wise men

Bible doesnt give their names just that they were from the East.

They didnt come at the same times as the shepherds on the night/day he was born, it was a bit later when Jesus was a toddler (He was under 2)
