Could the QR Code be the mark of the beast ?

Has everyone else noticed how widespread the Qr code has been used since the Covid/vaccine came out ? Its now mandatory in some food establishments in Canada to have a qr code on your smartphone to show proof of vaccination before you can enter. Ive always said the vaccine is not the mark of the beast but rather its the PROOF or I.D. that is the MOTB. What form this will be is still in question.

The term the "Mark of the Beast" is very controversial because according to Revelation it is implemented by the AntiChrist during the Tribulation, if you don't get it you get decapitated, and you are warned very clearly that getting it will cause you to lose your salvation.

So no, it isn't.

That said in order to have the mark we need all the various technologies, not just QR code but also Big Data, AI, RFID readers, digital currency, etc. We did not have the capability 20 years ago for this but now we do. Not only so but we know the excuse they will use for everyone getting this is this vaccine passport.

Not only so but they are talking about forced vaccination, not being able to buy or sell, firing people who are not vaccinated, fining people who are not vaccinated and they have set up quarantine camps. So even if the Tribulation has not started yet, the army is at the gate.

No. The MOTB is introduced by the second beast. We've yet to see the first. Australia uses QR codes for all store entries, but there is also a manual sign in option, which I use. (It's for contact tracing.) I've not downloaded the app. The MOTB will be inescapable. Just maybe the MOTB will be a QR code tattooed on the skin, but technology is improving continually. QR codes may be obsolete before the MOTB is introduced.

I want to explain MOTB from two perspectives

Biblically, if people get it, they are not gonna be a part of God's kingdom any more it's that simple. If they don't get it satan will torture them to death.

From worldly view, Although most people will take MOTB for the sake of buying and selling stuffs we can expect a good amount of people to resist it just like in the case of vaccine. Let's say a farmer, who cultivates his own food, he lives near a water source, clothing will be the only barrier for him. Looking at the craziness of the world today a person like this farmer will simply live without any luxury, or things that are not essential to survive. If people like this resist the MOTB and anti christ government forced it on them. They will rip it off if it's a QR code. So in my opinion it will be something like, you'll die if you remove it from a. Mostly like a chip or something that's stitched or injected into people. My opinion may be wrong because I have no plans to live through the tribulation, I'm just waiting for the Lord's return. So this is just a speculation from my point of view.

Was hoping to see a reply on the actual physical design of the QR Code symbol itself and maybe some of its technical aspects, did anyone visit the site?
Notice they say the 3 corner "blocks" are for orientation when really you only need 2 for that, also the DM code ( Data Matrix ) uses the same idea and it can hold up to 32K of data . Could it be that these blank blocks are reserved for future use ? It certainly would be the perfect framework spot to place the three 6's i.e. the MARK .

We don't know for sure but it seems that the act of worship to the pseudo Christ is going to be in your face with the mark. That seems a little too subtle.

Perhaps i should have made the the title " Could the QR Code be the vehicle by which the mark of the beast will be introduced". Seams everyone is stuck on what's the mark and what's not. It's not asking who's going to take it or if you are going thru the trib or not ... unbelievable.

I don't think so. The mark will be the name of the Antichrist, or the number of his name. There won't be a lot of misunderstanding about what it is. People will take his mark because they revere or worship him.

Yeah, the QR scan is not an overtly evil thing. It is a way of the govt trying to keep on top of a virus that is very contagious by seeing who people were close to when they get sick.

The mark is associated with something being clearly ungodly and evil.
