Praying to God for a coffee?

I prayed to God for a coffee today. I had no money. I went to the mall and I had a voucher on my phone for a free coffee. I went to the place and they said their systems are down but I can use eftpos. I tried to scan my voucher in but it didn't work. She said do you still want the coffee and i said no and was too embarrassed to say I had no money.

My family thinks it wrong to ask for money. They call me selfish for asking. But the bible says the opposite. It says to give to the one that asks for a loan. give to the one that begs. I've seen people including them get into trouble (cursed) the same day after i asked for help. then they are asking to stay at my house lol.

I've also been cursed when i didn't give. When I give everything goes well.

Back in the day I prayed for a pack of smokes. I don't think that it is wrong to ask for money. I am going to say a prayer for you for a financial blessing.

does the Bible say Give to one who asks for a loan? Does the bible say give to one that begs?

I think the Bible says to help one in need and one who gives to the POOR Lend to God. We are to help those in need when it is in our ability to do. BUT we are not to be placed on a guilt trip by those who expect we bail them out because of their own problem they created. I have family that is addicted and trying to help them I tell them what I am able to do with many choices they can choose.

My sister is almost homeless and was willing to bring her home to provide the help she needs, but she will not stop drinking and smoking weed. I told her I can't allow this in my home she said she will not stop she needs a life too. I reminded her she called me and I am here to help and have the means to do but you cannot tell me who is willing to help HOW I MUST give the help.

This is a big issue with people today with an entitlement mentality and an ungrateful spirit. The Lord supplies all our needs not WANTS to name it and claims it is scubala. We must ask according to God's will.

You do not have because you do not ask says the scripture. Now I often take this to mean we ask within the context of God's guidance as in being aware of our wants and are they Biblical.

Not saying coffee is bad.

Theologically I do not understand the concept of curses.

Plently of people smoke weed and drink but ain't nearly homeless. Myself I don't see the point in smoking weed because im high most of the time and drink just makes ya fat and wrecks ya liver. it also just costs a ton of cash.

My problem is I can't fit in at work. I'm easily distracted. Do one day of good work and get there the next day and im bored.

many of people who do are. The Lie from the pit of hell is weed and alcohol are ok harmless. Dying from liver failure is not a laughing matter. The Los Vagas Raider wide receiver Ruggs was drunk and killed a woman and her dog. He is only one of the thousands who have done such a thing. If you are bored with what you do seek something else.

they ain't harmless. but neither is mcdonalds or prescription medicaton. Or even eating a piece of steak. I know of people who have coked on eating a piece of steak and died.

I'm a firm believer that when its your time to die its your time to die. All we gotta do is trust God.
