This is what we humans call the Golden rule -----

Matthew 7 CEB---Jesus is speaking here

Asking, seeking, knocking
7 “Ask, and you will receive. Search, and you will find. Knock, and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks, receives. Whoever seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door is opened. 9 Who among you will give your children a stone when they ask for bread? 10 Or give them a snake when they ask for fish? 11 If you who are evil know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give good things to those who ask him.
12 Therefore, you should treat people in the same way that you want people to treat you; this is the Law and the Prophets.

Luke 6:27-36 NIV
Love for Enemies
27 “But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28 bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. 29 If someone slaps you on one cheek, turn to them the other also. If someone takes your coat, do not withhold your shirt from them. 30 Give to everyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back.
31 Do to others as you would have them do to you.

I say -----This is a hard rule for us Humans to mater in my view -----because our human nature is not really geared to treat others as you want to be treated yourself-----Hard to Bless someone who curses you on your own power with a corrupt nature ----and emotions that basically over take us ----they control us we don't have constant control over our emotions --

The Cain and Able Scripture is a good example -----Cain Killed his brother and when God placed a curse on him and sent him on his way He said his punishment was more than he could bear and that people would kill him -----

So Cain didn't want to be treated the way he treated his brother ------and lucky for Him God showed Cain Mercy ----

Genesis 4:10-14 NIV
The Lord said, “What have you done? Listen! Your brother’s blood cries out to me from the ground. 11 Now you are under a curse and driven from the ground, which opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand. 12 When you work the ground, it will no longer yield its crops for you. You will be a restless wanderer on the earth.”
13 Cain said to the Lord, “My punishment is more than I can bear. 14 Today you are driving me from the land, and I will be hidden from your presence; I will be a restless wanderer on the earth, and whoever finds me will kill me.

I say----- many people believe they can show love to their neighbour which is the second command without taking part in the First command which is to Love God first --------and for me they are just deceiving themselves ----this Love that is needed to do unto others as we would have them do unto us is Agape not Phileo which is brotherly love -----Agape loves the unlovely ---this Love is the fruit of the Spirit --and never fails -----

We should be compelled to help others because of what Jesus did for us -----by helping others we are showing our Agape and Gratitude toward God ---even if they don't do good unto us --we should do good unto them -----:)

This is called the Golden Rule and it is in fact golden -- outstanding, excellent, and the basis of right relationships. If everyone applied the Golden Rule, there would be no conflicts. It ties in with your title, which relates to the Law of Sowing and Reaping (which is a universal law in nature as well as in spiritual matters).

I pray it is GOD's Point of View, and I think some of these verses are what you have in mind.

Romans 12:10-13 (NJB)
10 In brotherly love let your feelings of deep affection for one another come to expression and regard others as more important than yourself.
11 In the service of the Lord, work not halfheartedly but with conscientiousness and an eager spirit.
12 Be joyful in hope, persevere in hardship; keep praying regularly;
13 share with any of God's holy people who are in need; look for opportunities to be hospitable.

Romans 13:8-10 (HCSB)
8 Do not owe anyone anything, except to love one another, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law.
9 The commandments: Do not commit adultery; do not murder; do not steal; do not covet; and whatever other commandment—all are summed up by this: Love your neighbor as yourself.
10 Love does no wrong to a neighbor. Love, therefore, is the fulfillment of the law.

1 Corinthians 13:4-5 (HCSB)
4 Love is patient, love is kind. Love does not envy, is not boastful, is not conceited,
5 does not act improperly, is not selfish, is not provoked, and does not keep a record of wrongs.

1 Thessalonians 3:12 (HCSB)
12 And may the Lord cause you to increase and overflow with love for one another and for everyone, just as we also do for you.
(You may want to mark that in the back of your Bible, as proof of the Holy Trinity.)

1 Timothy 6:8 (HCSB)
8 But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with these.

(Now here is a verse with a warning from GOD.)

Psalm 11:4-5 (HCSB)
4 The LORD is in His holy temple; the LORD’s throne is in heaven. His eyes watch; He examines everyone.
5 The LORD examines the righteous and the wicked. He hates the lover of violence.

Romans 13:8 (HCSB)
8 Do not owe anyone anything, except to love one another, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law.

(Do I fulfill our GOD given LOVE, all the TIME? No, far too often I too fall woefully Short.)

Romans 3:23 (HCSB)
23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

That should be our GOAL or Mark we should aim for.

No, it is not Works Righteousness. It has nothing to do with Salvation. IT IS THE LOVE THAT HE GAVE US AS A GIFT. Salvation was accomplished by CHRIST HIMSELF, and I can Prove it:

2 Timothy 1:9 (HCSB)
9 He has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began.

that pretty much sums it up be a decent person help People who are in need because if it was you you would want someone to reach out wnhelping hand to you

don’t lie to others because you want people to speak the truth to you , don’t hurt and commit violence against others because that’s not what you want don’t to you , when someone’s hungry offer food if you have it because of you were hungry you’d want some food ect

it’s sort of the same as looking at something from another’s perspective what if I was the one on the corner with nothing asking for change ? Sadly we mostly look away and are glad it’s not us

It also says in scripture that the measure that you give is the measure that you will receive. Seems an appropriate verse to go with the one that you provided.

Luke 6:38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.

Acts 20:35 I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.

1 Corinthians 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
