Speaking of such...
There is not so much a request but a demand for him to do so in order to punish those who engaged in defamation. They really want to see the MSM punished...as well as the politicians who did so.
I'm not interested in punishment, I'm interested in new management.

The Lord found 12 righteous people in Kenosha!

I expect Kenosha to be spared from the coming destruction.

32 And he said, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak yet but this once: peradventure ten shall be found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for the ten’s sake

Colin Kaepernick says Rittenhouse verdict 'validates the need to abolish our current system'

https://www.foxnews.com/sports/coli...idates-the-need-to-abolish-our-current-system

Why would you post a link about Kaepernick’s opinion on the Rittenhouse verdict? He is an ungrateful multimillionaire who made a name for himself disrespecting his own country. Because he was born in America, he had an opportunity to utilize his athletic talents and become rich doing so. Had he been born in Africa, he would be languishing in poverty. Yet he basically betrayed the very country that enabled him to thrive.

There are plenty of things I don’t like about the US, but I wouldn’t disrespect our flag over it.

Kaepernick’s opinion is worthless and shouldn’t be given any attention.

One takeaway from this trial is that MSNBC and CNN have 0 influence on the 12 jurors. The entire country has seen quite clearly how little influence CNN and MSNBC and Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and the NBA and Lebron James have on this country.

Technically their ratings are down 69-76%, but I have always thought the ratings of 24-31% still watching is totally inflated because many businesses have TV's running all day without anyone watching and will often have CNN and MSNBC on two of their TVs.

I think this trial proves I am right. I doubt even 20% of the people in this country are still paying much attention to either CNN or MSNBC and it could easily be down to 10%. The more they try and tell us that this was "white vigilantism" or "white supremacy" the more they destroy what little credibility they had.

How to bungle a prosecution 101

1. File wrong charges.

2. Visually facepalm in front of the jury.

3. Have one of your key witnesses get caught lying on the witness stand

4. Brandish a gun and point it at the people in the courtroom with your finger on the trigger, while calling the defendant irresponsible with a firearm.

5. Repeatedly cause the jury to be removed from the room based upon your line of questioning.

6. Blame the defendant's actions on video games.

7. Tell the jury in a self-defense trial that the defendant should have just "taken the beating".

You made my point exactly about Kaepernick's opinion on the Rittenhouse verdict. Hence, the FACEPALM. ;)

Being stupid here, but are most of you approving of his actions? Isn’t murder wrong? What was a 17 year old, carrying an ak-47(?) to a volatile situation, doing? Don’t you think it was more of provocation rather than self-defence?
As to kaepernick (and I’m using lower case here), imo he Definitely defaced th US especially the Vets. If kaepernick wants to protest, he could have done it more respectfully.

How I answer this depends on whether we are talking to Christians or US citizens.

Advice to Christians

I do not believe the NT counsels us to respond to someone who is rioting by posting 17 year olds outside your business. I do not believe that is the proper understanding of turning the other cheek. Instead the verses that have been most instructive to me are the ones that say if there is no son of peace in the city and they don't welcome you then shake off the dust as a testimony against them and go to the next city. I live in NYC, they have a vaccine mandate. I have resigned my job as a result as has my wife and my son is not attending college. However, we are not "protesting", our plan is to sell what we have here and move to a more welcoming city. I believe if everyone in NYC who rejected the vaccine mandate did that it would have been a knock out punch to this corrupt regime. This is my advice to those who see themselves as ambassadors of the kingdom of the heavens.

Advice to Citizens

The first amendment protects your right to speak, to protest, and to have rallies. The second amendment protects your right for self defense with a gun. However, it talks about a "well regulated militia". I think everyone has noted that Kyle was not part of a well regulated militia. Perhaps he had been led into a trap or perhaps they were just really not well regulated. Either way if you are going to put yourself in harms way like that then by all means make sure you are part of a well regulated militia. For Kyle to go to Kenosha where his dad lives is very understandable. For Kyle to want to help is also admirable. He was asked by someone to help defend his business on the street, the lawyer for Kyle mentioned this in his comments after the verdict yesterday. I don't have any issue with either of those points. My issue is with the adults looking to protect their property with a 17 year old without making sure he was part of a well regulated militia. I think he was working with the "Proud Boys" so it is not clear who is at fault here for not making sure he is part of a well regulated militia. For example, if his dad and the man who asked Kyle to do this were both standing next to him with their firearms this never would have happened.

While Rittenhouse's attendance at the Car Doctor during the riots is questionable it's not really OUR decision to make. That was one for his parents and more mature friends.

But I did see videos of his group members acting inappropriate...I didn't see any of Kyle himself behaving in such a fashion...just the opposite. Except for the fact that the group did not have much of a game plan or organization or training. They didn't have "two man teams" to cover each other at all times. Or have much to do with situational awareness.

What we are happy about is that armed self defense is still legal. That was the whole reason Kyle brought the rifle to the riot to begin with. He didn't act or behave like he expected to use it...but he found himself needing to.

And because of the political nature of the riots the government wanted to criminalize his self defense...the government wanted the political cover for the spin of a guilty verdict. Now they are even more exposed and individual citizens rights have been upheld while our government tries desperately to dissolve them.

Even behind the iron curtain the Russian government claimed that the citizens were "Free" and enjoyed more freedoms and opportunities than anyone else. (Obviously untrue)
Today it's all about mandated healthcare and control of the wealth of the citizens.

I believe this is the basis for the focus on the comma in the Bill of Rights just before "The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed". It is an individual right, the people regulating themselves.

Murder is wrong, self defense is not.

He was legally allowed to have the gun. Where he carried it was his business. Same as someone with a CCW. They carry it on their person. No it wasn't provocation, it was self defense, just as the trial proved.

I am watching the news and seeing vaccine mandates, people being othered, fired, blamed etc. I am seeing the DOJ bust down the doors of Project Veritas and of election officials who question the legitimacy of the election etc.

So consider the Lord's point of view. About 65% of the country now feels something is terribly wrong. Suppose those in NYC who were mandated just left? Already Florida is the third largest state. If a couple of million people leave NY it loses even more influence and more electoral votes while other states will grow in importance. Likewise people in California just leave. If California lost a third of their electoral votes they would become far less significant for the Democrats. But they wouldn't just lose political power, they would lose tax payers, house values would soften and cities and the state would all lost significant tax revenue. School systems would lose 10-20% of their students. Essential workers in all fields would be gone. Already California and NY have terrible leadership, this would just bring it home even more to all people and it would be a massive warning to any other states looking to threaten the populace. These Democrat run states would be a dumpster fire while Florida, Texas and a few other republican states would emerge as the most powerful states in the union.

The 400 years of captivity is from scripture, Abraham was told his descendants would spend 400 years in captivity in Egypt.

Some people have seen a correlation between God's people in Egypt and God's people in America.

The messages on this have been extensive giving numerous verse references from the Law, the prophets and the New Testament.

However, there is nothing bogus about the fact that 400 years from the time of the Mayflower compact is fulfilled today. If this were a prison sentence we get released tomorrow.

There is also extensive prophetic speaking tying the US to the great babylon spoken of in both the Old and New testaments. No doubt an equally strong case can be made for the Catholic church, however, Revelation 17 and 18 indicate there are two sides to this Great Babylon, a religious side and a commercial side. The woman riding the seven hills could refer to the Vatican in Rome or it could refer to the US and the seven continents, or it could refer to both.
