When you live wondering how you are going to pay this or that or choosing one bill to pay over the other. It can be really stressful but we learn to be content with what we have, creative with all we are given, and our grips on what is so easily lost become a lot less tighter.
Much of these hard times have been a challenge to protect the innocence of the children as in to shield them from the struggles so that they may have at least a childhood with no worries on the matters of the adults. They are joyful and blessed and as a parent I want them to keep that joy and absence of the worries of this world as long as I can. Right or wrong the reality may eventually be a shell shock but I at least want them to experience Eden before the fall (my representation of how we as children are born without the knowledge of morality or if we are blessed we have a period of time we do not see the evil around us for what it is, we only see beauty).
God has always taken care of us as we have never went hungry, without water, unclothed, or without shelter. We may not have a A.C. unit anymore (no longer works, I pray at least the heater works) but we was given 2 A.C. window units.
Biden's inflation is no fun but I am thankful we are surrounded by people who show the love of Christ and reaches out.
As the man of the house I often beat myself up with what can I do more of or less of to bring this home to stability. I pray as I speak to a financial counselor today, that they can put me on the right path or at least show me my options on the hard decisions we must make like my wife going back to work instead of homeschooling or maybe part-time and still homeschool. Or find ways unknown to me currently to save money.
Needed to vent again, so thank you.
