I live in Eastern Canada, and am a senior lady. I have been a born again Christian since my early twenties, which I am not saying how long ago that was. lol. I have been through many heartache and trouble, but Jesus grows sweeter every day. I feel sorry for the younger generation, as the world is in such a mess, I don't know how they are going to make it through. When I was young, it was popular to be good, but now it is the opposite to that. People need God more now than every before.

A warm welcome to CC, Sister Jean! Wonderful intro! I agree that He grows sweeter every day. I have the same thoughts about future generations. I have no children of my own, but I do pray for my nieces and nephew.:):coffee:

I'm a senior guy myself. I am quite familiar also with heartache and trouble and do agree with you that Jesus grows sweeter every day. As for the younger generation, and as such for each generation, there are challenges that have to be faced, and with the grace of God, overcome. In regards to 'good', that is now, for those that are 'woke', considered 'bad'. In further regards to Jesus, he can't come back soon enough. Glad to have you join our family. Welcome to CC.

I have been involved in Children's ministry for a long time. As physically I can't do much ministry directly to the children, so I try to teach others how to minister to children effectively. Here is my web site http://www.ministry2children.com

Thank you, and I agree. Can't wait until I see Him face to face. I think the older we get the more we look forward to our new home. Blessings to you.

Dear Jean, welcome! Yes, you're right there. It's sad times we're in. Even in the church it is hard to find Christians. I think you'll find a few good ones here--just a heads up, not everyone on this site is Christain.

Hi, Everyone. I wanted to let folks know that I’ve published a book that might start a revival amongst the Christian believers.
The book is called, The Passover Revelations: Love Conquers All.. The book is not a religious or apologetics presentation, but is a biblically based historical fiction account of the divine visit of Jesus in Avalon.
Jesus went as a “ missing person” in the Bible from 9 AD to 27 AD. Some have speculated that he went to India and Persia seeking enlightenment, but clues in the OT reveal that the place where he had to reside was in the land known as the Cassiterides…the Tin Islands.
The question is why did he go to to the land now known as England?
The mystery is solved when one reads the exciting story found in the Passover Revelation: Love Conquers All.
