True

But not by us looking to the law. But by us looking to Christ.
True again! Christ fulfilled the Law and the Law rests in Him.

By faith in Christ we keep the Law! This is why Paul said we don't make void the Law but establish it.

Look, e-g, no one hear is trying to earn their salvation by keeping the Law.

We are discussing how the Law found its end in Christ. With the Law now in Christ, it's a whole new ballgame.

nope

because we love because God loved us/ Not because we follow the law

once again you just prove you have no fathom of what the law is.
When we love one another we fulfill the law.

Therefore, if we love one another, we are walking in sin and death; since the law of Moses is the law of sin and death and when we love one another we fulfill the ten commandments (Romans 13:8-10).

This is what you appear to be saying.

So, Abraham was not a party in the covenant; and therefore not the recipient of God's promise, is what you are saying.
Well now that you say it, He never did recieve his promise. But God did say his family would recieve it. And that it was an eternal covenant. It was forever. Even though because of sin his family is not being blessed by the covenant. That covenant still stands. This is what Romans 11 is about.

Again You need to study. God split animals in two. And layer them in a row. In that day, two people walked down in between these carcasses. And each stated I will do this.

When God walked down. He put abraham to sleep

The law is a factor in the sanctification process.

Because, by the law is the knowledge of sin (Romans 3:20).

And, we need to know what our sins are if we are going to confess them so that we may be cleansed from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:7-9).
Nope it is not

lol You have no idea what sin is. That is readily appearnat.

If we walk according to the Spirit, we do not sin, because the righteousness of the law is fulfilled in us (Romans 8:4, 1 John 3:6,9).

It is when we do not walk according to the Spirit but according to the flesh, when we sin.

We are not obligated to obey the flesh (Romans 8:12).
Walk according to the spirit

Not walk by following the law

Say it. Come on. Just say it.

Lol

How can you keep the law if the law required perfection?

Can one of you please answer this question?

why do you water down the law?

I am not talking about earning salvation. Please do not go down that rabbit trail again, I have never stated anyone here is trying to be justified by the law

We dont love perfectly With the love of God, Thats why we can’t keep the law according to God's standard. (Perfection. Remember the 1,000,000 foot hill we can climb)

When we take our focus off God and put it on self. We are in sin. No law can show us when we are in this state. All it can possibly show us is if we fall so deep in the state of sin we break one of the commands.

By the imputed righteousness of God who sees us in Christ and perfect in His sight!

In His eyes even though we can't keep the Law, He sees us as Law-keepers by virtue of faith in the One who did keep the Law perfectly.

Yes, walk according to the Spirit. In doing so, the righteousness of the law will be fulfilled in you (Romans 8:4).

Memorize it yet?

yes, His righteousness not ours

he seems his son‘s worthiness. Not ours.

Heb 10:14, For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
Them that are BEING SANCTIFIED

Your bible translation left out a word.

either way. It proves me right. I am perfected forever. I CAN NOT LOSE THAT PERFECTION. BECAUSE I DID NOT MAKE MYSELF PERFECT

We dont love perfectly With three love of God, Thats why we can’t keep the law according to God's standard.
If we are born again, the love of the Lord is shed abroad in our hearts (Romans 5:5).

This is another scripture that perhaps you should memorize.

This is where we go to sanctification! Through our daily life, if we yield to the Spirit by faith, Christ lives in us and fulfills the Just demands of the Law through us.

This is by 100% faith in Christ, e-g.

Cursed is the one who does not obey every word. .
Haven't you heard, Christ took away the curse of disobedience to the law. The law does not curse, it is a blessing according to scripture--I think there are scriptures you will not read. It is disobedience that curses, and Christ took that curse away with repentance and forgiveness. The curse isn't reversed through denying God gave us law.

Memorize what?

That I do not have to follow the law I an asked to walk according to the spirit?

The law in that passage is not mosaic law

Mosaic law requires perfection.

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God didby sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh, 4 that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.

The law of sin and death is the ten commands my friend/

Look at Hebrews 10:10.

In context, it should be referring to sanctification that has already happened; not to sanctification that is still in process.

Heb 10:10, By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

1Th 5:23, And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
1Th 5:24, Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.

I believe that in going to a translation other than the kjv, you are heaping to yourself teachers (in the translators of those other versions) to tell you what your itching ears want to hear (2 Timothy 4:3).

An agreement between two parties.

While a testament must be ratified by the death of the testator.
amen so it has to have a word spoken by God in this matter and then an agreement by the people he’s covenatong with right ?

do you have this covenant word and blood

“And he took the book of the covenant, and read in the audience of the people: and they said, All that the Lord hath said will we do, and be obedient.

And Moses took the blood, and sprinkled it on the people, and said, Behold the blood of the covenant, which the Lord hath made with you concerning all these words.”
‭‭Exodus‬ ‭24:4, 6-8‬ ‭

That’s my point are you following ? The is then is how the new covenant was made

When Jesus arrived

“The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭16:16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

he went about preaching the gospel saying this

“Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭1:14-15‬ ‭KJV‬‬

and after he finished Before he shed his blood

“For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭26:28‬ ‭KJV‬‬

do you follow what I’m getting at ? God made a covenant with Israel’s flesh children through Moses, and his book is the covenant whatever Moses wrote in the law every jot and tittle of it is Israel’s covenant law, the law of Moses who shed the blood of animal substitute and made the covenant according to Moses words written in his book of the law that covenant is complete it has a word , an agreement by those people and blood shed for remission

the new covenant is the same it’s complete it has Jesus word , Jesus intercession for the people , and is purchased with Jesus blood it’s all Jesus no Moses no angels but Jesus alone preaching his ( Gods) word and shedding his own ( son of Gods ) blood for remission of sins according only to his words that’s a covenant and there are two of them in the Bible

one applies to Israel’s ancient society and nation and the other is the gospel preached first by Jesus , then all
His apostles and even the lord by miracles

As the ot was spoken through angels , the new wasn’t

“For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward;

How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him; God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭2:2-4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Jesus never sent Moses law into all nations he sent his word into all nations just what he said

“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭28:19-20‬ ‭KJV‬‬

I think when you aren’t looking into God handing the people over to worship angels and putting the law under this guy

“Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared. Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him.”
‭‭Exodus‬ ‭23:20-21‬ ‭KJV‬‬

I think your mixing up Moses law and intercession and shedding of animal blood according to all his words with Jesus word , blood , intercession and considering it one covenant in. It really sure why you are thinking the law written on tables of stone are somehow written on a heart and not the law of Christ meant to be heard and believed ( that’s how it gets written on the heart )

Moses law was never the same it came through the disposition of angels to irredeemable sinners is it that you don’t get this part ?

“And they made a calf in those days, and offered sacrifice unto the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands. Then God turned, and gave them up to worship the host of heaven; as it is written in the book of the prophets, O ye house of Israel, have ye offered to me slain beasts and sacrifices by the space of forty years in the wilderness?

Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon.

Who have received the law by the disposition of angels, and have not kept it.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭7:41-43, 53‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Thier law isn’t our law thier mediator isn’t our mediator the disposition of angels have zero to do with the gospel and everything to do with the law.

Jesus word is what needs to be on the heart Moses word won’t help
